Product Information

The product is a Light Bar LED with Warning Light. It is designed to provide bright illumination and serve as a warning light. The light bar consists of 15×8 W LEDs and 8×3 W LEDs, with a color temperature of 6000 K (cold white). It has a luminous flux of 11000 lm (9300 lm) and an IP68 protection rating, making it suitable for various outdoor applications. Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before installation, carefully read the instructions and keep them for future reference.
  2. Always comply with the applicable laws and regulations for the installation and use of auxiliary lights.
  3. Disconnect the negative/chassis earth cable from the battery before connecting the product to avoid damage from short-circuiting during installation.
  4. When installing new cables, try to follow the existing cable routing as much as possible. Secure the cables and any excess length using cable ties, insulating tape, or equivalent methods.
  5. Ensure that cable grommets passing through the firewall are at a safe distance from moving parts.

INSTALLATION

PREPARATIONS

  1. Read these instructions carefully before installation and save them for future reference.
  2. Always comply with the applicable laws and regulations for the installation and use of auxiliary lights.
  3. Disconnect the negative/chassis earth cable from the battery before connecting the product, to avoid damage from short-circuiting during the installation.
  4. Follow as far as possible the existing cable routing for installation of new cables. Carefully fasten the cable and any excess length with cable ties, insulating tape or the equivalent.
  5. Cable grommets through the firewall should be at a safe distance from moving parts.

CABLE COLOUR CODING
Black wire is – for floodlight, warning light, red wire is + for floodlight, yellow wire is + for warning light, white wire is + for signal wire.

  1. Frequency setting
    When the signal wire is supplied with voltage one of the three flashing patterns is activated automatically.

  2. Frequency synchronisation on installation of several light bars.

Set the same flashing pattern for all light bars and connect the signal wires in series. The light bars will then flash with the same frequency.

WARNING!

  • The product must only be used within its rated voltage range, 9 to 36 VDC.
  • The light source gets hot when the product is switched on. Allow the light source to cool for at least 30 minutes before touching or handling it.
  • Make sure there is a free flow of air through the cooling fins on the light source and keep the fins clean.
