WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants lifts and the relevant accessories for 12 months after purchase date. This warranty consists in the repair or replacement – free of charge – of those parts that, after a careful analysis by the Manufacturer’s Technical Service, turn out to be faulty from origin. Warranty is limited to material defects, and becomes null and void if the returned parts are tampered with or disassembled by unauthorised staff. Any liability for direct and indirect injuries to people, animals or property due to machine failure or malfunction are excluded from warranty. The expenses deriving from lubricants replacement, transport charges, and any customs duty, VAT and any other expense not specified in the supply contract are at the purchaser’s charge. The replacement and repair of parts under warranty, anyway, do not extend warranty terms. The purchaser will nevertheless be entitled to assert its rights on warranty, specified in the supply contract.
DISCLAIMER
Upon delivery, please check that the product has not been damaged during
transportation, and that the accessories coming with it are intact and com-
plete. Any complaint shall be filed within 8 days after lift delivery date.
Besides the cases envisaged by the supply contract, the warranty becomes null
and void:
- In case of a manoeuvre error caused by the operator.
- If the damage is caused by poor maintenance.
- If the envisaged capacity is exceeded.
- If the machine has been somehow modified, and the damage has been caused by such a modification, due to repair operations by the user without the authorisation of the manufacturer or after fitting non-original spare parts.
- If the instructions described in the user’s manual are not complied with.

PACKING, TRANSPORT & STORAGE

Packaging can be lifted or moved by lift trucks, cranes or overhead cranes. In case of slinging, a second person must always take care of the load, in order to avoid dangerous oscillations. During loading and unloading operations, goods must be moved by appropriate vehicles such as trucks, ships or fork lift. At the moment the goods are delivered, verify immediately that all of the items specified in the packing list are included. If finding missing parts, possible defects or damages to the goods caused during the transport you should immediately inform the person in charge, or the carrier. The lift is really heavy, don’t move it manually, use an appropriate way for your safety. Furthermore, during loading and unloading operations, goods must be handled as shown in the picture. (Picture 2) It is important to point out that the goods, during loading and unloading operations, when moved by other than common lift trucks must be handled as shown in Image 2.
Storage:
- The equipment should be stocked inside the warehouse, if stocked outside make sure that the equipment stay off the water.
- Use box tracks for ground transportation , use container when shipping.
- Control box should be placed perpendicularly during the transport to prevent it to crash against other goods.
- Temperature range for machine storage: min -25ºC – max + 55ºC
USER’S MANUAL
The following manual is provided for experienced and specialized personnel in the use of lifting equipment such as lifting operators and technical personnel responasable of the installation and the ordinary maintenance of the machine. It is recommended that the personnel carrying out tasks / operations with the lift carefully read the «Operation and Maintenance Manual».
The following manual provides important information regarding:
- Personal safety of the operators and the maintenance workers.
- Lift safety
- The safety of the vehicles being lifted
CONSERVING THE MANUAL
This manual is an integral part of the lifting equipment. This manual must be kept nearby the lift, so that the operator and the maintenance staff can easily locate it and consult it at any time. We particularly recommend reading Chapter 3 which contains important information and safety warnings.
The lift is designed and manufactured according to the European Standard
- Lifting, transport, unpacking, assembly, installation, starting up, initial adjustment and testing, extraordinary maintenance, repair, overhauls, transport and dismantling of the lift are all operations that must be performed only by specialized personnel or by licensed dealer authorized by the manufacturer.
- The manufacturer declines all responsibility for injury to persons or damages to vehicles and objects when any of the above mentioned operations has been performed by unauthorized personnel or when the lift has been subject to improper use.
- This manual indicates: the operative and safety aspects that may be useful to the operator and maintenance workers. For a better understanding of the structure and its functioning, workers must carefully read the ‘Maintenance & Use Manual’.
- To ensure a better use of the equipment, it is necessary to understand the terminology used in this manual, to know the maintenance and repair activities, to be able to correctly interpret the technical drawings and descriptions contained in the manual, and be aware of the regulations in force in the country where the machine is installed. The same requirements are also asked for the maintainer and installer, who must also possess specific and specialized knowledge in both mechanical and engineering fields.

- Manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to this user manual if technological improvements occur.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LIFTING TABLE

Basic Structure:
The machine basement is made of cement and concrete.
Lift Frame:
Make of steel connecting rod, platform, pneumatic gear safety device, and
hydraulic cylinder components.
Control panel:
Under the control panel are oil tank, hydraulic pump and other control system.
On the control box is electrical system.
WARNING : The lifting table is designed and manufactured for lifting vehicles, any other use is prohibited. In particular, the lifting table is not suitable for washing vehicles with the water spray system. Do not lift vehicles that exceed the weight limits permitted by the manufacturer.

The injection of 20L is 20# consumable hydraulic oil. For the connection of the motor, please refer to the attached diagrams, it must be done clockwise.
INSTALLATION AND DEBOTTLENECKING

Preparing the ground :
After the dimensional drawing of the lifting table, prepare the ground. In condition, the preferable ground, concrete thickness ≥150mm, the leveling of the whole length ≤5mm. -
Installation methods: floor bolt installation:
The installation of floor bolts must be after the concrete expiry date. Or the firmness will be affected.- Adjust the distance between the left and right platform.
- Use an electric hammer to drill Ø16 pins from the ground bolt hole in the bottom plate to the ground, the hole to a depth of approximately 120mm, clean the hole and hammer the ground bolt into the hole. (Do not install the ground bolt until the levelling adjustment is complete)
Level 3 adjustment :
- Lock the safety catch in the same safety equipment.
- When moving the lifting table platform, adjust the space between two platforms; make sure that the two platforms are parallel.
WARNING : To prevent the failure of the safety equipment of the machines, a wooden piece can be inserted into the middle part of the pivot. It is forbidden to work under the lifting table when the hydraulic system is not fully equipped with hydraulic oil and take the action of lifting and lowering operations.
CONNECTING THE LINE:
Connect the electrical line and the oil line according to the «electrical
diagram» and the «oil line connection diagram». Only after the hydraulic
system has been connected can the air loop be connected, so as not to damage
the oil pipes, wires and gas pipes.

CONNECTION TO THE ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT :
Follow the routing and line number shown in the «Electrical Diagram» to
connect the electrical circuit. to connect the electrical circuit.
Only a qualifi ed person is allowed to perform the operations.
- Open the front cover of the control panel.
- Power supply connection: The 400V three-phase, fi ve-line (4×2.5mm2) connection wires for the power supply are connected to the control box L1, L2, L3, N and the input terminal. PE input-terminal. CONNECTING THE OIL HOSES :
Follow the «oil line diagram» to connect the hydraulic oil hoses. Only a
competent and authorised person is allowed to carry out the operations. Pay
particular attention to the protection of the oil hose connections. When
connecting the oil lines, pay attention to the protection of the oil line When

prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system.
ELECTRICAL CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS
LIFTING
- Release the SB1 button, the oil pump operates immediately. The hydraulic oil is sent to a into a hydraulic cylinder. The platform is being lifted and the safety pawl is also lifted by a pneumatic loop.
- Release the «UP» button, the oil pump stops immediately. The platform stops lifting and the safety pawl drops onto the safety equipment because the solenoid air valve is de-energised, then closes the air loop.
DOWN:
- Press the SB2 button, the safety catch is lifted due to the air loop connection. The descent electromagnet turns on due to electricity. The platform descends.
- Release SB1, the safety catch is lifted due to the air loop connection. The platform stops lowering and the safety catch falls on the safety equipment. The lifting table stops automatically when it reaches a height of about 500 mm.
- Release the DOWN button and press LOCK SEC. Press the SB3 button and the platform will lower again.
LOCK :
Press the LOCK SEC button. Press LOW SB3, the platforms descend. The safety
catch locks onto the safety equipment when the platform height is greater than
500 mm. Platform is higher than 500 mm.
EMERGENCY STOP:
When the machine has abnormalities when servicing the car, press the «SB0»
(EMERGENCY STOP) button and lock, to cut off the whole operation circuit, so
that other operations cannot work.
ADD OIL AND CHECK THE CONTROL PHASE:
After installing the lifting table and connecting the hydraulic system,
electrical system and gas loop, operate it as follows:
- Open the hydraulic oil tank, add 12L of «20#» hydraulic oil into the oil tank, the hydraulic oil is provided by the user. Make sure the hydraulic oil is clean, to avoid any impurity in the oil line, drive the digester of the oil line and do not operate the solenoid valve.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Turn on the power button to turn on the motor, by clicking the «UP» button, check if the motor is running clockwise (looking down), if not turn off the power button, then change the motor phase.
- Turn on the air power. When turned on, high voltage exists in the control box, only an authorized person can operate it in case of electric shock.
EMERGENCY MANUAL OPERATION FOR DESCENT (POWER FAILURE)
When lowering in manual mode, care must be taken to observe the status of the
platform at all times as there is a risk of There is a vehicle on the
platform. If anything abnormal happens, screw the oil loop valve immediately.
Manual operation process:
- First, lift two safety pawls from the platform and use a thin iron bar to fill it.
- Turn off the «Power» button (avoid sudden power supply).
- Open the small round cover of the control box to find the solenoid valve A for lowering.
- Loosen the manual oil loop pin at the end of the lowering of the solenoid valve core, then the platform starts to lower.
- Once the machine has been lowered, the manual oil loop pin should be screwed in. Once the machine has been lowered, the manual lowering process is completed.
ADD OIL AND CHECK THE CONTROL PHASE:
After installing the lifting table and connecting the hydraulic system,
electrical system and gas loop, operate it as follows: Open the hydraulic oil

- All bearings and hinges of this machine must be lubricated once a week with a grease gun.
- The upper and lower sliding blocks and other moving parts must be lubricated once a month.
- The hydraulic oil must be changed once a year. The oil level should always be kept at the upper limit position. The machine should be lowered to the lowest position when replacing the hydraulic oil, the old oil should be allowed to drain out, and the hydraulic oil should be fi ltered.
- Each team checks the agility and reliability of the pneumatic safety equipment.
