FEATURES
Intended use
The machine described in this manual is intended for cleaning and degreasing brake systems, hubs and other parts with a biodegradable aqueous liquid cleaner.
Description
The machine is completely made of AISI 304 steel and is composed as follows:
- A drum containing the cleaning and degreasing liquid which works for the recirculation of the already used one. The supplied drum allows the heating of the liquid contained in it.
- A lower base with wheels that supports the cleaning liquid drum and the control panel.
- A removable tank with wheels and a sloping surface for the recovery of the cleaning liquid.

OPERATION
Commissioning
- Make sure the machine ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position, the flow pressure regulator is closed and turned fully counterclockwise.
- Make sure the heater ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position.
- Fill the wash fluid drum with clean cleaning fluid.
- Close the drum properly. For proper operation of the brake system cleaning fountain, it is important to ensure that the drum closure is completely sealed.
- Ensure that the filter of the mobile tank is correctly placed on the outlet of the tank.
- Connect the air connection to the compressed air line.
- Connect the machine’s power supply to the mains.
Heating
To heat the liquid inside the drum, turn the heating ON/OFF switch to ON and
press the heating START button; the indicator light on the START button will
light up to indicate that it is working. To stop the heating, turn the heating
ON/OFF switch to OFF.
Washing
Start the machine by operating the machine ON/OFF selector, turn the circuit
selector to the brush (horizontal) position and turn the pressure regulator
according to the amount of solvent the brush is to deliver. During the
dispensing of the washing liquid, the detergent accumulated inside the mobile
tank is always sucked into the drum. To speed up the emptying phase of the
mobile tank, it will be possible to empty it by placing the circuit selector
in vertical recirculation position. In this way, the liquid is no longer
dispensed, but only conveyed from the mobile tank to the drum.
MALFUNCTION / BREAKDOWN
In the event of a malfunction of the machine, stop using it and repair it
immediately to avoid accidents or other breakdowns.
Call the manufacturer for any information or doubts before intervening.
Possible malfunctions, causes and solutions are described below:
Causes | Solutions |

The brush does not deliver product
- The pneumatic supply to the machine is disconnected
- the pneumatic pump is blocked– the general ON/OFF valve of the machine is closed

- Restore the connection of the machine to the pneumatic supply network
- Press the pump reset button with a pointed instrument Ø mm
- Turn the general ON/OFF valve of the machine to the ON position
The heater does not turn on
- The heater is blocked;- No power supply;
- No liquid inside the drum;

- Press the START button
- Restore the power supply
- Restore the correct level of detergent liquid and press the START button.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of the machine must be carried out by qualified personnel in
accordance with the instructions in this manual. Disconnect the pneumatic
and/or electrical power supply before carrying out maintenance or repair
operations.
The danger, obligation and prohibition pictograms as well as the safety plates
installed on the machine, which indicate prohibitions and warnings, are
absolutely essential. If the labels or plates are damaged or illegible, they
must be replaced immediately.
The table below shows the frequency of routine maintenance work to be
carried out on the machine:

Major maintenance should only be carried out by authorised personnel: contact
the manufacturer for major maintenance.
Regularly check the good condition and operation of the safety devices: it is
imperative to regularly clean the traps and control valves by removing
deposits or residues.

Cleaning the grids of the mobile parts
Lift the grilles from their position and clean them with a cloth soaked in thinner. -
Cleaning of the entire fountain
Carry out a general cleaning of the machine using specific detergents. In the presence of particularly difficult to remove dirt deposits, use a spatula. -
Cleaning the suction filters
To clean the suction filters, unscrew them, blow air into them with the gun in the opposite direction of the liquid outlet. Screw the filters back into the corresponding suction hoses. -
Replacement of the cleaning brush
Check that the cleaning brush is in good condition and, in the event of significant wear making it unusable, unscrew the head and replace it.
