Instruction Manual CHEMICAL ENDO+ CONE POSITIONER

INDICATION:

The Positioner Cone Endo+ is a product used to assist in the orientation angle of the X-ray unit dental procedures in periodontics, endodontics and implantology with or without obsolut isolation, resulting in standardized radiographic images and sharp.

COMPOSITION:

ABS, silicone and pigments.

PIECES:

ADJUSTMENT MODE:

The constituents of this KIT must be used in accordance with the illustration. Where the angle of X-ray is properly combined with the position of the film and the tube in parallel to the positioner at the selected procedure (periodontal, endodontia or implantology).
Periodontics: Connect piece A2 (figure) with the arch A (figure) for dental radiographs upper right side and lower left; Connect piece B2 (figure) with the arch B (figure) for to X-raying teeth upper left and lower right; The Part C (figure) is for x-ray upper and lower front teeth.
Endodontics – Implantology: Connect piece Al with Al (figure) with the arch A (figure) for dental radiographs upper right side and lower left; Connect piece B1 with the arch B (figure) with the arch B (figure) to X-raying teeth upper left and lower right.

MODE OF USE:

Periodontics: The film and the tooth must be in parallel when place the piece on the mouth. During the positioning of the superior and posterior teeth, the arc must touch the front side of the patient. Adapt the tower or block to the base of the positioner beside the wall that holds the film. It is noticed that in an x-ray of posterior teeth, the bite is always in the area of the anterior teeth. When you want to dissociate overlaid roots, mesialize or distalize the frame in the mouth, approximately 20 degrees horizontally, and then there will be a mesialization or distalization without distortion. Put the x-ray machine on the patient mouth so the required tooth stay positioned in the center of x-ray film. The radiography align the cone of x-ray machine to the ring of the positioner. Implantology: Endo+ has exclusive bite devices that compensates the rest of the indicator of direction, beyond of a different format, that allows the intraoperative radiographies in the implantology. Put the positioned on the patient mouth so the required tooth stay positioned in the center of x-ray film. For posterior teeth the X-ray film should be positioned in the horizontal, and for anterior teeth in the vertical. For anterior teeth the patient has to hold the positioned by its cable with his thum and the index finger, eliminating the use of the bite device. The radiography align the cone of x-ray machine to the ring of the positioner.
Endodontics: Endo+ has a exclusive bite device that in the endodontic procedures compensates the part of the file and of the cone that exceed of the crown of the tooth compensates the rest of the indicator of direction, beyond of a different format, that allows the intraoperative radiographies in the endodontic procedure. Put the e-ray machine on the patient mouth so the required tooth stay positioned in the center of x-ray film. For posterior teeth the X-ray film should be positioned in the horizontal, and for anterior teeth in the vertical. For anterior teeth the patient has to hold the piece by his thum and the index finger, eliminating the use of the bite device. The radiography align the cone of x-ray machine to the ring of the positioner.
Disinfection: After use, the pieces must be disinfected using chemical solution, for example, a solution of 0.2% acid peracetic for 1 hour. Then rinse the parts, dry and store in covered jar.

STORAGE:

Store the package in a clean place away from direct sunlight. Temperature between 3 °C to 50 °C and humidity up to 75 RH.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:

Exclusive use of the professional. Do not use the product without prior cleaning and sterilization.
