SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- The product is only intended for outdoor use.
- Switch off the power supply before installation.
- Before cleaning, maintenance and/or other work on the product, switch off the power supply by removing the fuse or pulling out the plug.
- Products with transformers must only be used with the original transformer.
- Do not allow children to play with the packaging material or the product.
- Do not connect the light to the mains while it is still in the pack.
- Stop using the product immediately if it gets damaged, especially the power cord, plug and/or socket, and if it is not working properly.
- Repairs must be carried out by an authorised electrician.
- Do not attempt to modify or repair the product. Repairs that are not carried out correctly can result in a risk of serious personal injury and/or death.
- The product’s earth wire (green/yellow) is connected to earth.
- Be careful not to damage the insulation on the wires during installation. Make sure that the wires do not come into contact with sharp edges. Damaged insulation can result in a risk of electric shock.
- Check that the mains voltage matches the rated voltage on the type plate.
- The plug, power cord, wires and connections must not be subjected to mechanical stress.
- The light must only be used with its casing.
- When the product is switched on the bulb gets very hot. Allow the product to cool before replacing the bulb.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY!
New installations and extensions to existing systems should always be carried out by an authorised electrician. If you have the necessary experience and knowledge (otherwise contact an electrician), you can replace power switches and wall sockets, fit plugs, extension cords and light sockets. Incorrect installation can result in fatal injury and the risk of fire.

INSTALLATION

Tools required for correct installation.

Switch off the power supply.
FIG. 2 -
Undo the screws holding the back of the light.
FIG. 3 -
Mark out where to drill the mounting holes.
FIG. 4 -
Drill the holes and insert expander plugs if necessary.
FIG. 5 -
Make a small hole in the entry for the power cord. Insert the power cord through the entry.

Screw the back on the wall.

Connect the wires to the terminal block.
– L = Brown
– N = Blue
– Earth = Green/yellow

Fasten the light on the back.
FIG. 8 -
Unscrew the casings and put in two light sources with the maximum output specified for the product. Replace the casings.

Switch on the power supply.

IMPORTANT:
- Make sure the mains supply is disconnected before installation.
- Check that there are no concealed electrical cables, gas and/or water pipes where the holes are to be drilled.
MAINTENANCE
- Switch off the power supply to the light.
- Wipe the light with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Wait until the light is completely dry before switching the power supply on again.
NOTE:
- Switch off the power supply before cleaning.
- Do not use detergent, alcohol, solvent or the equivalent to clean.
