Product Information
The Heated Multideck is a versatile appliance designed to display and keep food warm. It features a control panel with various buttons for easy operation. The appliance is equipped with a heating indicator light to indicate when the set temperature is reached and maintained. The unit also includes a night curtain for added convenience.

Installation
- Remove the appliance from the packaging and remove any protective plastic film or coatings.
- Maintain a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the unit and walls or other objects for proper ventilation.
- Clean the shelves and interior with soapy water before using the appliance for the first time.
- Set the brakes on the castors to keep the appliance in position.
Operation
To turn on the appliance, ensure the on/off switch is set to “O” and connect it to a mains power supply. Set the on/off switch to “I”. Use the control panel buttons to adjust the settings as needed. The LED heating indicator light will be on during heating up and off when the set temperature is reached. The appliance is now ready for food display and keeping it warm.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
For replacing the interior lamp, contact your BUFFALO dealer or a qualified electrician. Regular cleaning of the unit is recommended to prevent odors. If any troubleshooting is required, it should be done by a qualified technician.

- Position on a flat, stable surface.

- DO NOT use jet/pressure washers to clean the appliance.
- DO NOT use the appliance outside.
- DO NOT allow oil or fat to come into contact with the plastic components. Clean immediately if contact occurs.
- DO NOT store products on top of the appliance.
- Always carry, store and handle the appliance in a vertical position and move by holding the base of the appliance.
- Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the unit before cleaning.
- Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the packaging in accordance to the regulations of local authorities.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a BUFFALO agent or a recommended qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- BUFFALO recommend that this appliance should be periodically tested (at least annually) by a Competent Person. Testing should include, but not be limited to: Visual Inspection,Polarity Test, Earth Continuity, Insulation Continuity and Functional Testing.
- BUFFALO recommend that this product is connected to a circuit protected by an appropriate RCD (Residual Current Device).

Installation

Remove the appliance from the packaging. Make sure that all protective plastic film and coatings are thoroughly removed from all surfaces.

Maintain a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the unit and walls or other objects for ventilation.
Note : Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the shelves and interior with soapy water. -
Set the brakes on the castors to keep the appliance in position.
Operation
Control panel
The control panel is located below the handle on the front of the appliance.
Turn On
- Ensure the on/off switch is set to O and connect the appliance to a mains power supply.
- Set the on/off switch to I.
- Press the button to turn the light On or Off as required.
Setting the Operating Temperature

Press the SET button. The previously set temperature is displayed.

Press the or button to display the required temperature (Range: 30°C – 80°C).

Press the SET button to store the temperature.
Note for the Heating Indicator: The LED will be on during heating up and off when the set temperature is reached and maintained constantly. -
The appliance is now ready for food to be displayed and kept warm.
Using the Night Curtain
- If necessary, extend the plastic night curtain downward and hook it into place.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
- Switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Allow to cool down before cleaning.
- Withdraw the door for ease of cleaning.
- Clean the interior of the appliance as often as possible.
- Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the appliance.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. These can leave harmful residues.
- Always wipe dry after cleaning.
Replacing the Interior Lamp
Call your BUFFALO dealer or a qualified electrician. The Lamp Assembly is
available to purchase as a spare part.

Electrical Wiring
This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin BS1363 plug and lead.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:
- Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L
- Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
- Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.

event of any emergency disconnection being required they must be readily
accessible.
