Charging Stages
- Desulfation – eliminates vulcanization phenomenon and allows the battery to charge 100%.
- Soft Start – gradually introduces energy to protect battery life.
- Fast Charging – quickly charges the battery up to 80%.
- Absorption (constant voltage) – maintains constant voltage charging and gradually absorbs energy until fully charged.
- Battery Test – checks the voltage for 90 seconds to determine if charging is complete.
- Adjustment (Fix) – continues charging with reduced direct current if charging is not complete.
- Float – keeps the battery 100% charged without overcharging or damaging it.
Connecting the Charger
-
Make sure the AC adapter is not connected to an AC power source.
-
For the batteries placed in the vehicle:
- Connect the red (+) clamp of the charger to the red (+) terminal of the battery.
- Connect the black (-) clamp of the charger to a bolt on the engine block, away from the battery and fuel lines.
-
For batteries placed outside the vehicle
- Connect the red (+) clamp of the charger to the red (+) terminal of the battery.
- Connect the black (-) clamp of the charger to the black (-) terminal of the battery.
Note: If you reversed the polarity, the LED on the charger will light up.
-
Connect the AC adapter to an AC power source and turn on the charger.
-
After charging the battery, disconnect the charger from the power source. Then, disconnect the charger from the engine block and then from the battery.

Battery charging
- Press the AUTO CHARGE key to charge the battery after the previous charging mode. The charging current is 2A – 12A.
- Charging is complete when 100% appears on the screen.
- Long press the AUTO CHARGE key to enter the power supply mode (voltage source). The output voltage is 13V 4A.
Select the battery charging mode:
* default charging
modes
-
Battery charging mode
Recommended mode for standard batteries and for charging in temperature conditions higher than 5°C. Increase the battery voltage to 14.4V (standard vehicles) or 14.6V (start/stop vehicles). -
Winter charging mode
Recommended mode for charging batteries in very low temperature conditions (-20°C ~ +5°C). Increase the battery voltage to 14.6V (for standard vehicles) or 14.8V (for Start/Stop vehicles). -
Recondition charging mode
It applies an increased charging voltage in a controlled manner to allow the recovery of deeply discharged batteries. -
Maintenance charging mode
Charging at 0.8A, ideal for long connection.
If you press the EXIT button, you will return to the main menu page.
Battery analysis
* Default
charging modes
The battery analysis mode does not require mains access. Use the correct
connection mode.
- Press the arrow keys on the charger to select the battery charging icon. Then press the SET button.
- Press the arrow keys on the charger to select the analysis mode. Then press the SET button to confirm.
- Battery voltage mode.
It displays the battery voltage and the percentage of its capacity.

-
Battery start power
It measures the drop in battery voltage during engine start-up to identify possible starting problems due to battery failure.
When A1 appears on the screen, press the SET button to measure the static voltage of the battery.
When A2 appears on the screen, turn the key in the ignition to start the vehicle’s engine. -
Battery CCA analysis
It measures the battery’s ability to start a vehicle’s engine.
Use arrow keys to select CCA or EN + SET button.
Arrow keys + CCA or EN + SET to set the battery standard CCA or EN Arrow keys
- CCA/EN value + SET to input the battery CCA or EN value
If you do not have information about the CCA or EN value, select CCA on the screen and use the table below:1000-1299cc| 300 CCA
---|---
