- Disassemble and clean parts with the included brush.
- Place the rubber seal on the thin rod.
- Place the tube on the thin rod with the wider side facing toward the front. Slide metal disc on top of the pad.
- Place the rod inside the grooved tube as shown. The injector mechanism will not work efficiently if the grooves are pointing in the wrong direction.
- Slide tube into injector piece. Screw on the back knob. Make sure the barrel is aligned and screwed on correctly.
- Adjust the width of the rubber gasket by twisting the back-end knob. This will create a watertight seal in the injector tube. Do not over-tighten.
- Choose the needle whose holes best correspond with the thickness of the meat and the intensity of the marinade, and carefully screw it halfway onto the needle holder.
- Submerge the needle in the marinade and suck it into the barrel.
- Adjust the marinade dispenser by dialing the numbers on the knob. Each number is equivalent to the number of ml being dispensed per injection.
- Prick the needle into the meat. Slowly squeeze the trigger to inject the marinade in.
- Carefully pull the needle out from the meat and prick at the other injection point for evenly spaced intervals 12. Disassemble and wash after use.
Tips
- Please clean the meat syringe before use.
- If it is difficult for you to push the injector, please apply some oil at the end of the plunger around the 0-ring.
- KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN! The marinade needles are sharp!
- Seasoning herbs should be ground smaller than the needle holes.
