WARNING:

Please unplug the power of the machine before cleaning, assembling or disassembling.

Do not plug the power cord into the socl<et when not in use. Please unplug the power cord after use and before cleaning or maintenance.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before Using
- Don’t use the machine with other electrical appliances plugged into the same outlet at the same time.
- Always confirm the switch is off before plugging the power supply.
- Please carefully align the blade on its hub so that the blade and drive gears fully engage, and then turn the blade in a counterclocl<wise direction to tighten the screw.
- confirm the thicl<ness adjustment l<nob is set to scale o.
- Fresh meat must be frozen before cutting. for best results. Soft, fresh meat will not cut very well.
- Don’t use the machine to cut food with bones.
- Don’t cut food with a lot of seeds or hard lumps.
- Food pacl<aging, aluminum foil or plastic wrap should be removed from food before cutting.
Instructions
- It is recommended that the machine is placed on a flat, smooth surface before use so that 4 suction cups G) can attach firmly ..
- Place the food on the sliding food carriage® and press the food close to the inner side of the food pusher guide rail® for even cutting.
- Place the food pusher® along the food pusher guide rail.
- Put a clean and empty plate behind the stainless steel blade (J) to catch the sliced food.
- Adjust the slice thickness of food to o-1smm with the thickness adjustment lmob ®·
- Plug the power cord in and turn on the power switch@. The blade (J) will start to rotate.
- Hold the food pusher® with your hand, put the thumb on the outside of the food pusher guide rail® to l<eep it even and steady.
- Push the food carriage® to slide close to the blade and l<eep it sliced evenly bacl< and forth.
- After cutting or operating for 10 minutes, turn off the switch, and adjust the thiclmess lmob too.
- Do not unplug the power cord until the blade has completely stopped worl<ing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Switch the slicer off and disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Never immerse the appliance in water.
- Remove the blade with caution using safety gloves. use two fingers to hold and rotate the locl<ing lmob clocl<wisely, then pull out the blade. Always handle the blade by the center.
- Clean the appliance after each use with a damp cloth with a non-abrasive cleaning product, or the perishable food might scraps and residue may accumulate on the blade, food carriage, and the surface of the appliance.
