Safety and Warnings
- Read all instructions before using this product.
- Before connecting the Tea Maker to the power supply, check that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds with the voltage in your home.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Do not let tne cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch a hot surface.
- Do not operate the appliance without anything in it to avoid damaging the heating elements
- Ensure that the Tea Maker is used on a firm and flat surface out of reach of children, and not placed on or near a hot gas or electric burner or heated oven.
- To protect against fire, electric shock, or personal injury, do not immerse the cord, electric plugs, or kettle in water or other liquids.
- While water is boiling, or just after the water has been boiled, avoid contact with steam from the spout
- Always take care to pour boiling water slowly and carefully without tipping the kettle too fast.
- Do not touch the hot surface. Use the handle or the button.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving the appliance containing hot water.
- Be careful refilling the container when the Tea Maker is hot
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not detach the filter to avoid spilling over.
- The use of accessories, which are not recommended by the appliance manufacturer, may result in fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
- Unplug the kettle from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the kettle to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- To disconnect, turn the control to “off” and then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- The kettle can only be used with the stand provided
- Always ensure the lid is closed and do not Gift it while the water is boiling. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles
- The Tea Maker is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- This appliance is intended to be used in households and similar applications such as Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments
- By clients in hotels, motes, and other residential-type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments.
- The appliance and attached base can not be used for other than intended use.

Tips for First Use
Get Your Tea Maker Ready
Always clean your kettle before first use by boiling 1.7L water twice and then
draining the water.
Setup
- Position the control panel on a flat, heat resistant surface, as close as possible to the power Outlet
- Fill the water to the desired level. Don’t exceed the “MAX” level mark on the glass kettle.
- Fill the tea infuser (skip this step if you are only making hot water)
- Close the lid to set the temperature and timer.
- Press Start/stop to start the tea maker.
NOTE:
- The tea maker will be on standby mode once plugged in with the kettle placed on the base.
- The default “Brewing temperature” displays 100 C, and the “Brewing time” is 5:00 (5 minutes)
- The control panel will auto-off after 20 seconds without any input.
- The maximum capacity for boiling water is 1.7L and for brewing tea is 1.0L. The minimum capacity is 0.5
- Do not fill the water over the maximum level as water may spill out of the spout when boiling.
- The heating will slow down as it approaches the desired temperature to prevent overheating.
Product Instructions
Make Hot Water
- Set the desired temperature with the Temperature Arrow.
- Press the Start/stop button to start heating water. The indicator of the button will Start/Stop illuminate in blue while the LCD screen displays the current temperature of the water
- Once the water reaches the desired temperature, the tea maker will stop and emit 3 beeps.
- All indicators are off and the tea maker including the LCD display will auto-off after 20 seconds without any operation.
Make Tessa
- Press the Tea Types button to select your desired type of tea. The blue indicator cycles Tea Types between Green/Black/White/Herbal/0olong/Custom. The LCD displays the preset temperature and timer (default settings for Custom).
- You can also press the Strength button to select your desired brew strength. Strength
- You can customize your individual temperature from 70°C to 100°C or brew times from 30 seconds to 10 minutes with the Temperature Arrow and the Timer ArroW.
- Press the Start/Stop button to start boiling. The tea infuser will automatically Start/Stop submerge into the water after reaching your set temperature and the L’D display will start to countdown.
- Once the timer reaches 0:00, the infuser will emerge from the water. The tea maker will stop with 3 beeps and the LCD displays your desired temperature and timer.
- The tea maker will auto-off after 20 seconds without any operation.

- NOTE: When the timer is set to 0:00, the tea maker will only boil water and the infuser won’t make any movements.
Set a Delayed Start Timer
- Set the desired temperature and timer. De Eyed start
- Press the Delayed Start button to enter the time setup. The LCD displays the current time and desired start time. Hold the button for 3 seconds to start the adjustment.
- Use the Temperature Arrow to correct the current time. 1-minute increments cycle 24 hours from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
- Use the Timer Arrow to set the delay timer.1-minute increments cycle 24 hours from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
- Press the Start/Stop button to start the timer and enter the brewing program, once start/stop the current time reaches the delay timer.
- Once the water reaches the desired temperature, the tea maker will stop with 3 beeps. All indicators are off and the tea maker including the LCD display will auto-off after 20 seconds without any operation.
Keep Warm
- Press the Keep Warm button to keep the temperature at 60°C for 60 minutes. The Keep Warm appliance will start the keep-warm mode after finishing brewing. At that time, the blue indicator will be on.
- Press again to stop keeping warm.
Boil-Dry Protection
If the tea maker is operated without water, the protection will be activated
and turn the tea maker off automatically. After that, please let the tea maker
cool down for at least 15 minutes before using it again.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and let it completely cool down before cleaning.
- Clean the bottom of the glass kettle and the control panel dry with a moist cloth as needed. Let dry completely before using the kettle again. Never immerse them into water in case electric shocks. Do not use any corrosive cleaner.
- DO not use chemical, steel, WOOden or abrasive cleaners to clean the Outside of the kettle, or the glass will get scratched or Cracked.
- The power cord can be stored underneath the power base when the tea maker is not in use.
Removal of Mineral Deposits
- Your kettle should be periodically destaled as the mineral deposits in tap water may form a scale on the bottom of the kettle.
- This buildup can negatively affect the efficiency .of the kettle.
- You can use any commercially available descaler and follow the instructions on the package of the descaler.
- Alternatively, you may follow the below instructions using white Vinegar.
- Add 70z (200ml) of white vinegar and at least 700z (2000ml) of water to cover the bottom of the kettle completely. Leave the solution in the kettle overnight. Do not boil this mixture.
- Discard the mixture in the kettle, fill the kettle with clean water to the maximum position, then boil and discard the water. Repeat several times until the odor of vinegar has been flushed away. Any stains remaining inside the spout can be removed by rubbing it with a damp cloth.
