Please read this user manual in its entirety before use and keep this manual for future reference.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

WARNING: When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fre, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including but not limited to the following:

1. Please unplug the power of the machine before cleaning, assembling or disassembling.
2. Do not place the product in the reach of children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
3. It’s not recommended that children or people with physical, sensory and mental deficiencies use the product, unless they have gotten the supervision and instruction of how to use the product properly.
4. Don’t unplug the machine before it stops operation.
5. When the food is smaller than the food carriage, cutting food must be done with the food pusher.
6. The blade is very sharp. Be careful when cleaning or moving blades.
7. Electric Shock Danger! Non-professional personnel are forbidden to repair the products, otherwise it may result in electrical shock. When failures happen, it should be repaired by qualified maintenance personnel.
8. WARNING! It is strictly prohibited to put the main body into the water to clean. It only can be scrubbed with a wet towel. The machine must be fully cool before cleaning.
9. Please check that the specified supply voltage in the product is consistent with the supply voltage (AC only).
10. Avoid power cords damage. Do not squeeze, bend or friction it, keep it away from heat sources and open fires. Power cord should not touch the blade.
11. Power cord should be laid flat. Do not pull the power cord and make the product fall down, which may cause damage.
12. Do not use the product on wet ground. Do not touch the product or power cord plug with wet hands.
13. Do not disassemble the product at will. Do not let something enter or insert into the product, which may cause damage.
14. Only accessories provided by the seller or manufacturer can be used for the product. We will not be responsible for any failure caused by the use of accessories from  other manufacturers, which are not covered by warranty.
15. Do not use the product on uneven, damp, not heat-resistant surfaces to avoid damage or failure.
16. Do not place the product directly on the fre or near the source of fire, otherwise the product will be damaged or even result in danger.
17. Do not plug the power cord into the socket when not in use. Please unplug the power cord after use and before cleaning or maintenance.
18. When the plug is plugged into the socket, it must be plugged to the end, otherwise it will cause the components overheating and burning due to poor contact.
19. This product is only for household use. The company is not responsible for any failure caused by any commercial use, improper use or failure to follow this manual, which are not covered by warranty.
20. D0 not leave the product to work with no one watching.
21. Product proper continuous operation time is less than 10 minutes. After 10 minutes’ working, please stop and allow the motor to cool down for more than 30 minutes before continuing to work. If the machine is overheating, please stop working immediately and unplug the power.
22. Please keep hands, hair, clothing and cutlery away from blades when operating the product to avoid injury and damage.
23. Once part of the product is on fre, do not directly use water to extinguish the fire. Use a wet cloth to cover the fire site.
24. Please store the plastic bags and not allow children to play with them to prevent a risk of suffocation.
25. It is prohibited to put the main body of the machine and the power cord into any liquid.

Do not use this product in the following situations:

1. There are problems with the product or power cord.
2. The product falls down accidentally, which causes damage or abnormal operation.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before Using

1. Don’t use the machine with other electrical appliances plugged into the same outlet at the same time.

2. Always confirm the switch is off before plugging the power supply.

3. Please carefully align the blade on its hub so that the blade and drive gears fully engage, and then turn the blade in a counterclockwise direction to tighten the screw.

4.  Confirm the thickness adjustment knob is set to scale 0.

5. Fresh meat must be frozen before cutting. for best results. Soft, fresh meat will not cut very well.

6. Don’ t use the machine to cut food with bones.

7. Don’t cut food with a lot of seeds or hard lumps.

8. Food packaging, aluminum foil or plastic wrap should be removed from food before cutting.

Instructions

1. It is recommended that the machine is placed on a flat, smooth surface before use so that 4 suction cups 1 can attach frmly..
2. Place the food on the sliding food carriage 9 and press the food close to the inner side of the food pusher guide rail 11 for even cutting.
3. Place the food pusher 4 along the food pusher guide rail.
4. Put a clean and empty plate behind the stainless steel blade 7 to catch the sliced food.
5. Adjust the slice thickness of food to 0-15mm with the thickness adjustment knob 3.
6. Plug the power cord in and turn on the power switch 2. The blade 7 will start to rotate.
7. Hold the food pusher 4 with your hand, put the thumb on the outside of the food pusher guide rail 11 to keep it even and steady.
8. Push the food carriage 9 to slide close to the blade and keep it sliced evenly back and forth.
9. After cutting or operating for 10 minutes, turn off the switch, and adjust the thickness knob to 0.
10. Do not unplug the power cord until the blade has completely stopped working.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Switch the slicer off and disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
2. Never immerse the appliance in water.
3. Remove the blade with caution using safety gloves. Use two fingers to hold and rotate the locking knob clockwisely, then pull out the blade. Always handle the blade by the center.
4. Clean the appliance after each use with a damp cloth with a non-abrasive cleaning product, or the perishable food might scraps and residue may accumulate on the blade, food carriage, and the surface of the appliance.
