SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This product is intended for household use only. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use. Do not use it in moving vehicles or boats.
- Keep this product clear of walls, curtains and other heat or steam sensitive materials a minimum distance of B inches.
- Avoid using this product in areas where smoke may activate smoke alarms or fire suppression systems.
- Do not leave the product unattended while powered on.
- Do not attempt to burn anything other than small wood chips, wood sawdust, or dried Herbs in the chamber.
- Never operate this product without the stainless steel mesh filter in place. Burning/glowing embers may enter the body and damage the unit or be ejected through the nozzle, creating a fire or burn hazard.
- Always empty the burnt remains into a non-flammable container.
- In case the unit is overheated, please don’t start it again before it’s completely cooled down.
OPERATION DIAGRAM
- Insert the nozzle into the silicone hose.
- Insert the other end of the silicone hose into the front of the rigid tube.
- Place the mesh filter in the top of the burn chamber and press down to seat it into the bottom of the burn chamber. Place a small amount of wood chips (or desired smoking materials) into the burn chamber.
- Press the trigger to activate the fan. use a handheld lighter or match to apply a flame to the top surface of the wood chips. For best results mal<e sure the burning area is evenly distributed.
WARNING! The burning chamber and the barrel are very hot during and after use. Do not touch!
BATTERY INSTALLATION
- Access the battery compartment by sliding the cover as indicated by the red arrow, then remove the cover.
- Install 4 AA batteries, making sure to orient them as indicated on the inside of the battery compartment.
- Slide the battery compartment cover back into place.
Remove the batteries if the unit is not going to be used for an enended period of time to prevent battery corrosion.
CARE 6 CLEANING
Quick Cleaning (Recommended after each use)
- Before cleaning, mal<e sure the device is completely cooled down and the power switch is OFF.
- use a damp cloth to wipe off the main unit It CANNOT be immersed in water.
- Clean the residue from the Mesh Filter with a small brush (Figure 1)
- Wipe the residue from the Burn Chamber with a paper towel (Figure 2)
- Clean the Hose and Nozzle with warm, soapy water (Figure 3)
Deep Cleaning (Recommended after 10-minutes of use )
CARE & CLEANING
- Before cleaning, mal<e sure the device is completely cooled down and the power switch is OFF.
- use a damp cloth to wipe off the main unit. It’s NOT machine-washable.
- Unscrew the Burn Chamber screws with a screwdriver and remove from the burn chamber. (Figure 1)
- unscrew the Hose Holder’s screws and remove from the burn chamber. (Figure 2)
- Wipe the visible residue from the fan blades with a cloth and warm, soapy water. (Figure 3)
- complete the Quiel< Cleaning steps with a cloth and warm, soapy water.
- confirm the fan blades are well-placed. (Figure 4)
- Reinsert the Hose Holder screws. (Figure 5)
- Reinsert the Mesh Filter screws. (Figure 6)
CLEAN CAREFULLY AND DD NOT USE TDD MUCH FORCE.
TROUBLESHOOTING
FAN NOT STARTING
- Check orientation of batteries.
- Replace batteries.
- Deep clean the unit, especially the residue and the oil on the fan blades.
NO SMOKE GENERATED
- Ensure the mesh filter is not blocked.
- Ensure the hose is not blocked.
- When using a container, ensure there is an outlet for the air to escape.
- Ensure wood chips are dry and small.
