Product Information
The product being referred to in these instructions is Item#2463-691, a fixture that can be mounted on a wall. It comes with a mounting plate (Set#A-021-115123A), ground screw, and two mounting screws. The fixture requires three medium base bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent, which are not included. The fixture has wires that need to be connected to the house wires, which include black (hot), white (neutral), and green (ground) wires. The maximum wattage rating for the fixture needs to be followed, and the installation should be completed carefully.
Product Usage Instructions
- Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
- Unpack the new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.
- Attach the mounting plate (Set#A-021-115123A) to the junction box using the mounting screws provided (SIZE: #8-32N, L0.5). The side of the mounting plate marked GND must face out.
- Connect the fixture wires to the house wires as shown in Fig.2, making sure all wire connectors are secured. Connect the fixture’s ground wire to the house’s ground wire or directly to the mounting plate using the green screw provided.
- Place fixture body over mounting plate and secure with screws.
- Place decorative holder and glass shade over socket and secure with socket ring.
- Install three medium base bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) according to fixture specifications. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
- Turn on the power and test the fixture.

Installation Instructions
MOUNTING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1)
- Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
- Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.
- Attach the mounting plate (A) to the junction box(not included) using the mounting screws (B) (SIZE: #8-32N, L0.5″). The side of the mounting plate marked “GND” must face out.
- CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2)
- Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided. After the wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the junction box.
- FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (Fig.1)
- Place fixture body (C) over mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (D).
- Place decorative holder (F) and glass shade (G) over socket (E) and secure with socket ring (H).
- Install (3) three medium base bulbs (I) up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification—DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)
Your installation is now complete. Return power and test the fixture.
