The SET DE ACCESORIOS PARA COMPRESOR SET ACCESSORI PER COMPRESSORE PDSS 13 D4 is an air tool accessory set that comes with a variety of tools and adapters for use with a compressor. The set includes a tire inflator gauge, an air blow gun, two extension nozzles, and a set of eight adapters. The product is designed for use with clean, oil-free, and condensate-free compressed air.

The air blow gun has a noise level of 94.3 dB (A) with an uncertainty of KpA = 2.5 dB. When using the extension nozzle, the noise level increases to 102.8 dB (A) with an uncertainty of KWA = 2.5 dB. Handling
To start the air supply, squeeze the trigger. After completing the task, disconnect the product from the compressor.

Using the Accessories
To use the air blow gun, squeeze the trigger to start the air supply, and release it to stop the air supply. After completing the task, disconnect the product from the compressor.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Dispose of the product in an environmentally friendly manner. This type of waste is free of charge. If the product is used for commercial or industrial purposes, the warranty does not apply in case of non-compliance with safety and maintenance instructions or misuse of the product.

They contain important information about safety, usage and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and for the range of applications specified. Please also pass these operating instructions on to any future owner.

Intended use

The compressed air tyre inflator can be used to inflate bicycle tyres, balls, air mattresses, inflatable boats, etc. The compressed air blow-out gun is suitable for cleaning and blowing out objects and hard-to-reach places. Use the product only as de-scribed and for the range of applications specified. The product is intended solely for personal and not commercial use. Any use which deviates from the intended use is prohibited and potentially dangerous. Damage caused by failure to observe the instructions or misuse is not covered by the warranty and does not fall under the manufacturer’s liability.
Not permitted for using as air pressure gauge!

  • The specified hazards are foreseeable during the general use of hand-held products. However, the user must also assess specific risks that may arise from each use.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

  • Disconnect the compressed air supply before changing tools, adjusting and servicing.
  • WARNING! RISK OF EXPLOSION!
  • Never use petrol or other flammable liquids to clean the product! Vapours remaining in the product can be ignited by sparks and cause the appliance to explode. Do not work with the product in areas at risk of explosions, or in areas where flammable liquids, gases or dusts are located. Do not work on materials that are or could be potentially flammable or explosive.
  • Please ensure that you have read and under-stood the safety instructions regarding multiple hazards before installation, operation, repair, service and replacement of any accessories and before working in the vicinity of the product. Otherwise, there is a risk of serious physical injuries.
  • The product should only be set up, adjusted or used by adequately qualified and trained operators.
  • The product may not be modified. Modifications can reduce the effectiveness of the safety measures and increase the risks for the operator.
  • The product must be serviced regularly to check that all required usage and safety instructions for pneumatic tools, rated values and markings such as rated speed or rated air pressure are legibly marked on the product. The user must contact the manufacturer to obtain replacement labels if necessary.
  • Do not overload the product.
  • Never use hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide or other gas in cylinders as an energy source for this product, as this could lead to an explosion and cause serious injuries.

Operation

Before use
NOTE

  •  The product may only be operated with cleaned compressed air free of condensate and oil. The maximum working pressure of 8 bar on the product must not be exceeded.
  • The compressed air source must be equipped with a pressure reducer so that you can regu-late the air pressure.
  • Connect the product to a suitable compressed air source by attaching the quick-connect coupling on the supply hose to the connector nipple on the product.
  • The connection locks automatically.

Using the tyre inflation gauge

  • Push the valve connector onto the valve.
  • Press the trigger to start the air flow.
  • Release the trigger to stop the air flow. Read the tyre pressure from the manometer .
  • If there is too much air (pressure too high) in the object being inflated:
  • Press the deflation valve to release air.
  • Press the lever of the valve connector down and pull the valve connector off the valve.
  • Disconnect the product from the compressor after completing your work.

Using accessories

  • Press the lever of the valve connector and plug in desired accessory to into the valve connector .

Using the blow-out gun

  • ♦ Screw an extension nozzle onto the compressed air blow-out gun .
    ♦ Press the trigger to start the air flow.
    ♦ Release the trigger to stop the air flow.
    ♦ Disconnect the product from the compressor after completing your work.

NOTE

  • Disconnect the hose from the compressor before removing the supply hose from the product. This will prevent the supply hose from thrashing around in an uncontrolled manner.

Maintenance and cleaning

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Disconnect the product from the compressed air supply before cleaning it.

  • The product does not require any special maintenance.
  • Do not use any sharp objects to clean the product. Do not allow any liquids to get into the product. Otherwise the product could be damaged.
  • Clean the product regularly, preferably immediately after use.
  • Clean the housing with a dry cloth.

Disposal

This disposal is free of charge for the user. Protect the environment and dispose of this tool properly.

  • Your local community or municipal authorities can provide information on how to dispose of the worn-out product.
  • The packaging materials have been selected for their environmental friend-liness and ease of disposal and are therefore recyclable.
  • Dispose of pack-aging materials that are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations. Dispose of the pack-aging in an environmentally friendly manner.

Note the labelling on the packaging and separate the packaging material components for disposal if necessary. The packaging material is labelled with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with the follow-ing meanings: 1–7: Plastics, 20–22: Paper and cardboard, 80–98:  Composites.

This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.

Warranty conditions
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt in a safe place. This will be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you or refund the purchase price (at our discretion). This warranty service requires that you present the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) within the three-year warranty period, along with a brief written description of the fault and of when it occurred.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.

Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile parts which could be considered as consumable parts such as switches or parts made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use of force and modifications / repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorized Service centres.
The warranty period does not apply to

  • Normal reduction of the battery capacity over time
  • Commercial use of the product
  • Damage to or alteration of the product by the customer
  • Non-compliance with safety and maintenance instructions, operating errors
  • Damage caused by natural hazards

To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:

  • Please have the till receipt and the item number (IAN) 365033_2204 available as proof of purchase.
  • You will find the item number on the type plate on the product, an engraving on the product, on the front page of the operating instructions (below left) or on the sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
  • If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
  • You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be pro-vided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
