Product Usage Instructions

  1. Line up the base of your Palm to the center of the concrete pad and use a pencil or chalk to mark the holes for drilling.
  2. Using a hammer drill with a concrete drill bit, drill the marked holes. Tip: line up the anchor to the drill bit and mark the depth on the drill bit with tape.
  3. Tap the concrete anchors into the drilled holes using a mallet.
  4. Fasten the palm to the slab using nuts and washers.
  5. For mounting the fronds:
    • 3-4 plates are used depending on the Palm size.
    • Each frond must pass through two layers of plates for security.
    • Fronds will be labeled with numbers 1, 2, or 3. These numbers indicate their layer.
    • To mount the fronds, start from the highest level and work your way down.
    • Insert the frond through the top hole and line up with the hole directly beneath to secure it.
  6. Note: 10ft Palms have fronds labeled 1 and 2, while 12ft, 13ft, and 14ft Palms have fronds labeled 1, 2, and 3.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

  1. Line up the base of your Palm, to the center of the concrete pad and use a pencil or chalk to mark the holes that you will be drilling to mount the Palm.

  2. Using a hammer drill with a concrete drill bit, drill the holes where you marked out in pencil.
    Tip: before drilling, line up the anchor to the drill bit, and use tape to mark the depth on the drill bit.

  3. Using a mallet tap the concrete anchors into the drilled holes

  4. Fasten the palm to the slab using nuts and washers.

  5. 3-4 plates will be used to mount the fronds inside the Palm depending on which size you have. Each frond must be passed through two layers of plates before it is considered secure. Fronds will be labeled with numbers 1, 2, or 3. These numbers correspond to which layer they belong to. When mounting the frond start from the highest level and work your way down. You can insert the frond through the top hole and then line up with the hole directly beneath to secure the frond.
    10ft Palms will only have fronds with labels 1 and 2
    12ft, 13ft, and 14ft Palms will have fronds labeled 1, 2, and 3
