Product Information

This product is a light fixture that requires assembly and electrical installation. It comes with all the necessary hardware for installation, including an iron rack, ball nuts, chain, screw collar, mounting canopy, ring, mounting unit screws, wire nuts, and other parts that may differ slightly per light fixture. It requires bulbs (not included) to function and can be installed on a junction box using a variety of tools.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Attach the iron rack onto the fixture using ball nuts.
2. Attach the end of the chain to the loop on the fixture.
3. Use the mounting screws to attach the mounting unit to the junction box.
4. Pass the chain and the branchwires through the screw collar ring and canopy. Feed the branchwires through the pipe nipple on the mounting unit and attach the end of the chain to the mounting unit.
5. Make the electrical connection from the junction box to the fixture. Connect the ground wire to the mounting unit using the preinstalled green ground screw. Then, connect the positive, negative, and ground wires with the supplied wire nuts. Secure with electrical tape.
6. If applicable, use sealing tape to secure the wire from the fixture with the label L to the black or red wire (hot) from the junction box. The wire with the label N should be secured to the white wire (neutral) from the junction box. The ground wire from the fixture should be connected to the bare or green ground wire from the junction box.
7. Secure the canopy to the mounting unit with the screw collar ring. Install bulbs (not included).

Caution: Before starting assembly or installation, ensure that the power is turned off at the fuse box. Use the required tools, including a ladder and safety glasses, to complete installation safely.

CAUTION

• Inspect the wire insulation for any cuts, abrasions, or exposed copper that may have resulted during shipping. If there is a defect in the wire, do not attempt installation.
• Before starting installation of this fixture or removal of a previous fixture, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box.

Assembly Instructions

INSTALLATION

• STEP 1
  Attach the iron rack onto fixture using ball nuts.

• STEP 2
  Attach the end of the chain to the loop on the fixture.

• STEP 3
  Use the mounting screws to attach the mounting unit to the junction box.

• STEP 4
  Pass the chain and the branchwires through the screw collar ring and canopy. Feed the branchwires through the pipe nipple on the mounting unit and attach the end of the chain to the mounting unit.

• STEP 5
  Make the electrical connection from the junction box to the fixture. Connect the ground wire to the mounting unit using the preinstalled green ground screw. Then, connect the positive, negative and ground wires with the supplied wire nuts. Secure with electrical tape

• STEP 6
  Secure the canopy to the mounting unit with the screw collar ring.

• STEP 7
  Install bulbs (not included)
