Product Information

The product is a lamp with a lamp base (Piece A), a socket (Piece B), a shade (Piece C), and a bulb (Piece D). The lamp has a polarized plug, which is a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. Product Usage Instructions

If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to disregard this safety feature.

1. Insert the bulb (Piece D) into the socket (Piece B).
