Connects2 CTGARMINLEAD Patch Lead for Garmin Head Units
Product Information: CTGARMINLEAD
The CTGARMINLEAD is a patch lead designed to work with a Connects2 Steering Wheel Control Interface and a Garmin Head Unit. comes with dual channel input and converts the Connects2 steering wheel control output into a format that is compatible with any Garmin head unit in the market.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, ensure that the head unit is disconnected from the power source.
- Connect the following flying wires from the CTGARMINLEAD to the head unit:

ACC| 12V Ignition Source
Remote| Remote Ground
GND| Ground - Join the “Remote 1” and “Remote 2” wires together using a connector. Connect this to “Key 1” at the back of the head unit.
- Connect the molex connector from the CTGARMINLEAD to the Connects2 Steering Wheel Control Interface.
- Once connected, the head unit can be connected to the power source.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
NB: Before installation, make sure that the head unit is disconnected from the power source

Connect the following flying wires from the CTGARMINLEAD to the head unit

Remote GND Remote Ground

The ‘Remote 1’ & ‘Remote 2’ wires will need to be joined together by means of a bullet. Once bulleted, this needs to be connected to ‘Key 1’ on the back of the head unit.

Connect the molex connector from the CTGARMINLEAD to the Connects2 Steering Wheel Control Interface. Once connected, the head unit can be connected to the power source.
