USE

POWER SUPPLY

  • The motor is designed for the voltage and frequency indicated on the type plate.
  • The maximum permissible voltage deviation is ± 10% of the specified voltage.
  • If the dust collector is connected to another voltage there is a risk of overheating and malfunction of the motor.

EARTH CONNECTION

  • The dust collector has an earthed power cord and plug.
  • Never modify the plug in any way. If a fault occurs the current is led to earth, which reduces the risk of electric shock.
  • The plug should be connected to a suitable power point, which is correctly installed and earthed.

WARNING!
An incorrectly connected earthed plug can
result in the risk of an electric shock.
DUST COLLECTOR

  1. Place the dust collector on a smooth, level surface near the equipment that produces dust.
  2. Connect the dust collector hose to the equipment and lock in place with the hose clip.
  3. Start the dust collector before starting the equipment.

EMPTYING THE COLLECTION BAG

  1. To empty the bag, lift up the clamp handle and release the spring hook from the catch. Pull the bag off the holder. Recycle the dust in accordance with local regulations.
  2.  Pull the bag over the holder. Put the spring hook in one of the slots in the catch and lock the clamp handle. Check that the bag is firmly in place.

WARNING! Switch off the dust collector with the power switch and pull out the plug before emptying the bag.

MAINTENANCE

  • Remove dust, chips and other particles from the motor. Check the motor at regular intervals if the work involves a lot of dust or dirt. Vacuum clean the motor to remove any penetrated particles.
  • Replace the hose if it is worn or damaged.
  • Replace the filter bag and/or collection bag if they are worn or damaged.
  • Clean the wheels when necessary to ensure that they roll properly.
  • Check all screw unions at regular intervals, and tighten them if necessary.
