Product Information
The TXU-01-H is a head mounting, simplex, universal 2-wire temperature transmitter designed to accurately measure and transmit temperature signals to other devices. It has a power supply range of 12 to 36 VDC and an output range of 4 to 20 mA. The transmitter can be used with thermocouples and RTD Pt100 sensors. It comes with a connection diagram, sensor wiring diagram, and loop wiring diagram for easy installation.

Sensor Wiring Diagram
Thermocouple: Connect the positive (+) terminal of the thermocouple to terminal 1 and the negative (-) terminal to terminal 2.
RTD Pt100, 3-wire: For 3-wire configuration, connect the single leaded end of the RTD bulb to terminal 1 and the double leaded ends to terminals 2 and 3 (interchangeable).
RTD Pt100, 2-wire: For 2-wire configuration, connect the RTD bulb across terminals 1 and 2 (interchangeable).
Loop Wiring Diagram
The transmitter has a loop wiring diagram that shows how to connect it to other devices such as indicators, controllers, PLCs, recorders, and more. The power supply should be connected to terminals 7 and 6, while the load should be connected to the output terminals (+ and -).
Product Usage Instructions
- Mount the transmitter onto the head of the temperature sensor using the appropriate mounting hardware.
- Connect the appropriate sensor to the transmitter according to the sensor wiring diagram. Ensure that the polarity is correct.
- Connect the transmitter to other devices such as indicators, controllers, PLCs, recorders, and more according to the loop wiring diagram.
- Apply power to the transmitter within the range of 12 to 36 VDC.
- The transmitter will output a signal within the range of 4 to 20mA that corresponds to the measured temperature. This signal can be used by other devices to display or control temperature.

Thermocouple
- Connect Thermocouple Positive (+) to terminal 1 & Negative (-) to terminal 2.
RTD Pt100, 3-wire
- For 3-Wire configuration, connect the single leaded end of the RTD bulb to terminal 1 and the double leaded ends to terminals 2 and 3 (interchangeable).
- For 2-Wire configuration, connect the RTD bulb across terminals 1 & 2 (interchangeable).
