TeeHO AZ07 Smart Fingerprint Door Lock
Product Information
The TC?C?H AZ07 Smart Lock is a wireless electronic lock designed for use in residential and commercial settings. The lock features a programmable keypad and can be controlled remotely using a mobile app. The lock is designed to comply with FCC and ISED regulations for wireless devices and has been tested to meet radiation exposure limits for safe operation.
Product Usage Instructions
Installation: The TC?C?H AZ07 Smart Lock can be installed on any standard door in minutes. The lock comes with all necessary mounting hardware and instructions. Before installation, ensure that the lock is compatible with your door type and size.
Programming: To program the lock’s keypad, follow these steps:
- Press the “Program” button on the back of the lock.
- Enter your desired 4-8 digit code on the keypad.
- Press the “Lock” button on the keypad to save the code.
Remote Control: To control the lock remotely using the mobile app, follow these steps:
- Download and install the TC?C?H app on your mobile device.
- Follow the app’s instructions to connect your lock to your home or office Wi-Fi network.
- Use the app to lock or unlock the door from anywhere with an internet connection.
Safety Precautions: To ensure safe operation o the TC?C?H AZ07 Smart Lock, follow these guidelines:
- Do not modify or alter the lock in any way not approved by the manufacturer.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 20cm between the lock’s radiator and your body during operation.
- Do not expose the lock to extreme temperatures or moisture.

Programming Basic
Definitions

Master Code
Required for programming and feature settings. The default master code needs to be changed before programming.
Property owner & manager should keep this information confidential. -
Auto Lock
Automatically locks the deadbolt 5 seconds after unlocking. This feature is off by default. You can customize the Auto Lock time delay between 1 and 900 seconds. -
Key Unlock
Key Unlock is always available when the batteries are completely dead or valid User Codes are forgotten. -
Low Battery Indicator
If you hear 3 beeps along with 3 red light flashing after pressing any key to lock or unlock the door, that’s an alert for replacing batteries. Please replace with 4 brand new AA alkaline batteries and do not mix used and new batteries. All settings are stored in the lock while the batteries are removed and replaced. -
Wrong Entry Limit
After 5 unsuccessful attempts at entering an invalid PIN code, the unit will shut down for 2 minutes. -
Silent Mode
The beep sounds when pressing keypad can be muted. But you will still hear low battery and system alerts. -
Unlock with Fake code
User can prevent pin code exposure from strangers by entering random digits before or after pin code. The total password length is within 16 digits.
Quick Set Up
IMPORTANT
The default Master Code is .12 3 4 5 6 It is required that you change it to
a code of your own before programming.
Notes:
- Beeps only sound when the Silent Mode is disabled.
- If the indicators flash red lighl, it means your setting failed.
- After adding code/fingerprinVcard successfully, you can choose to continue adding or automatically exit the adding program after the screen fades oul.

How to Reset?
Press and hold the Reset button on the interior assembly by using the reset
tool, stop holding until you hear a short beep and see 1 green light flash.

- After pairing the lock with DDLock, the admin passcode will be changed to a random 7 digit number, you can check the new admin passcode by following the picture guide below. And you can change it to your own administrator password.

Why the lock won’t accept any inputs after I entered a code or fingerprint incorrectly for so many times?
The lock will shut down for 2 minutes after 5 unsuccessful attempts at entering an invalid code or fingerprint.
You can unlock the lock once in the App or wait 2 minutes to continue. -
How do I lock manually from outside?
Press and hold # to lock the lock from outside.
The batteries are completely dead before I replace new batteries.
When the batteries are completely dead, the physical keys are available to unlock. -
How do I share access of the lock to my family members?
Go to DDLock App, in eKeys or Authorized Admin, it can share access of the lock to your family. -
Why the thumb turn won’t turn to locWunlock?
The door direction might be set wrong during the installation, please follow the Installation guide or video to re-install the lock. -
When I tap on Lock in App, the deadbolt unlocked and retracted; When I tap on Unlock in App, the deadbolt locked and extended.
The door direction has been set wrong. It can be changed in Settings > Door opening direction in DDLock App.

Information & Safety Warnings
- Protect your User Codes and Master Code.
- Restrict access to your lock’s interior assembly and routinely check your settings to ensure they have not been altered without your knowledge.
- Do not use an electric screwdriver during installation.
- This manufacturer advises that no lock can provide complete security by itself.
- This lock may be defeated by forcible or technical means, or evaded by entry elsewhere on the property.
- No lock can substitute for caution, awareness of your environment, and common sense.
- Care should be taken to ensure a long-lasting finish. When cleaning is required use a soft, damp cloth. Using lacquer thinner, caustic soaps, abrasive cleaners or polishes could damage the coating and result in tarnishing.
- The lock is water resistant. It can withstand water splashes; however, do not let water and liquids get into the lock.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Long-term exposure to direct sunlight may damage the lock.
