1. INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing our product. We believe that its use will be a pleasant experience for you. Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the product, especially the instructions for safe use. Please keep this user’s manual to use when using the product. The manual is also available in electronic form on the manufacturer’s website.

2. INTENDED USE

The appliance is intended for straightening human hair. The product is not intended to use with animal fur or objects. The device is intended for indoor use only and must not be used for commercial purposes – any other use will be considered inappropriate and therefore unsafe.
The manufacturer is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by
improper use.

WARNING!
Surface of the device can get quite hot! Be careful while using.

4. RULES OF SAFE USE

Read carefully the instructions given here. Failure to follow these guidelines may be dangerous or illegal.

–IMPORTANT SAFETY REMARKS–

The device may be operated by children over 8 years of age and persons with limited mental or physical aptitude or lack of experience and knowledge only when they are under the supervision of caregivers or after being instructed to use the device in a safe manner, understanding the dangers of using the device. This device is not a toy. Unplug the device from the power grid before cleaning or maintenance. Maintenance and cleaning of the product should be performed only by or under the supervision of adults. This device is not a toy.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer’s service, service center representative or qualified persons.

–DO NOT RISK–

The device is designed for indoor use. Do not use the device in areas where the use of electrical equipment is prohibited and where it may cause interference or other hazards. Do not turn on and off the device in proximity of explosives. Do not put any flammable objects on the device – this can lead to damage to the device and even a fire. Do not move the device while in use.
Do not touch the area around the product’s heating elements immediately after operation to avoid burns. Residual heat remains on the surface of the heating element even after use.

–SURROUNDINGS–

Ensure that children under 8 years of age and pets are not left unsupervised near the operating device, as the internal and external surfaces of the device get very hot during operation – there is a risk of burns, and the power cord may cause tripping, falling or other injuries.

–WATER AND OTHER FLUIDS–

Do not expose the device to water or other liquids. This can adversely affect the operation and life of electronic and electrical components. Avoid working in an environment with high humidity – foggy kitchens, bathrooms, as well as water droplets from other sources can cause moisture to appear in the housing of the device, and this can lead to damage to the device and, in extreme cases, electric shock.
Never reach for a device that has fallen into the water. Cut the power immediately and take the plug of off the power outlet. Do not reuse until the product has been inspected and approved by a qualified electrician.
When using the device in the bathroom, unplug the power cord from the power outlet after use. Proximity to water is a hazard even if the device has been turned off.

–PROFESSIONAL SERVICE–

This product may only be repaired by a qualified manufacturer’s service center or an authorized service center. Repair of the device by unqualified service or by an unauthorized service center risks damaging the device and voiding the warranty. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by independent modifications made by the user.

8. USE

Before operating the device, ensure that your hands are not wet. The device should remain unplugged from the power source.
Ensure that the cable is routed in such a way that it cannot be damaged, cut, hit or pulled, which could cause damage to the device or injury to the user or bystanders.
If you notice that the housing, cord or power plug is damaged, then do not turn on the device.
Be careful that water does not get inside the device housing! This is an electrical appliance, and water can cause a short circuit that can damage the appliance or cause electric shock.

FIRST USE
Remove the device from the packaging, and unwrap the power cord. Make sure that there are no objects or other materials in the immediate vicinity of the intended use of the product that are not resistant to high temperatures.
If the housing of the device and the power cord have no visible damage, plug the power plug into an electrical outlet.
The device when not in use should remain out of the reach of children and pets.

DEVICE OPERATION
To turn on the device press and hold the power button (D) for about 3 seconds. Immediately after switching on, set the desired operating temperature by briefly pressing the temperature control buttons (C). Adjustments can be made in the range of 80-230 ºC. The selected temperature will be shown in the display (E). By pressing both temperature control buttons, you can switch the scale in which the temperature is displayed. Celsius and Fahrenheit scales available.
To turn off the device press and hold the power button (D) for about 3 seconds. The device automatically shuts off after 60 minutes of being turned on.
After use, unplug the device from the power source, let it cool down, and then store it in a safe place.

USE OF BRUSH

The device should be used on clean and completely dried hair.

Do not use the brush on hair extensions or after using hair care products.
Take special care when using the device – its surfaces can get very hot. Avoid contact between the brush and exposed skin. Especially around the ears, face and neck.

First, comb your hair using an ordinary brush or comb. Turn the device on and set the temperature:

  • 80-130 ºC ­- delicate, thin or dyed hair
  • 130-180 ºC -­ medium hair
  • 180-230 ºC -­ thick or curly hair

Separate the strand of hair to be straightened. Place the brush as close as possible to the roots of the hair of the separated strand and, holding the strand firmly, move the brush along the hair towards the tip. Repeat these steps for more strands of hair. Allow hair to cool before applying hair care products.

9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING! The device cannot be submerged in water or washed under running water!

Before cleaning the device, make sure you have dry hands, and the device is to cool down and unplugged from the power grid.
The device does not need maintenance.

Clean the device with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water, then leave to dry. Do not use detergents, solvents or abrasives for cleaning.

10. TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have any problems with your device, you may want to read the following tips.

11. STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

STORAGE OF DEVICE
If you will not use the device for a long time, store it in a dry room away from sources of heat and moisture after unplugging it from the power grid, cooling it down and cleaning it. Ideally, you should place the device in its original packaging, out of the reach of children and pets.

TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
It is recommended to transport the device in its original packaging. Do not subject the device to excessive vibration and shock during transportation. If it is necessary to move the device while it is in use, do only after it has been turned off, cooled down and closed the safety device, holding the handle. Do not expose the device to high temperatures and moisture.

12. WARRANTY AND SERVICE

The product comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of sale of the product. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer’s hotline or point of sale. The product returned for warranty claim should be complete and preferably packed in its original packaging.
