SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. This product is an adult electric skateboard that is intended for adults only (Electric is not a toy and can not be used by children under the age of 14). Don’t carry others at the same time.
  2. Please wear a safety helmet and other safety shielding facilities.
  3. Don’t ride your e-skateboard in an unsafe or illegal place.
  4. Please practice first. Once your riding skills have been mastered, you can enjoy your e-skateboard.
  5. Avoid dangerous actions or ride the e-skateboard single handed.
  6. Don’t ride your e-skateboard on uneven or poor roads.
  7. Please try to avoid riding the e-skateboard in the evening.
  8. Don’t ride your e-skateboard when temperature is below -5°C, higher than 60°C
  9. Don’t ride the e-skateboard if there is oil or ice on the road.
  10. Don’t ride the e-skateboard on water logging road or on rainy days to prevent damaging the control unit, motors or batteries.
  11. Under bad weather, such as rainy day, snowy day or windy conditions, please don’t ride the e-skateboard on water logging road or on rainy days to avoid any unpredictable damage.
  12. When the person is not on the skateboard, please pay attention to keep the remote control off as much as possible to prevent unnecessary damage caused by mis-operating of the remote control.

Power on/off: Long press the button “A” for power on; long press the button “A” again for power off.
Forward/Backward: Push the button “C” ahead for forward ; Push the button “C” aback for backward ;
Signal indicator: After successful matching between remote control and e-skateboard, both remote control light indicator and e-skateboard light indicator is red .You can enjoy your Moovi e-skateboard now.
Battery indicator – remote control: After turning on the remote control, press button A. If remote control power is enough (that means the remote control battery last more than 1 hours), the indicate lamp is green; if remote control power is less than 25%(that means the remote control battery can last about 1 hours), the indicate lamp is red; if remote control power is about 5%(that means the remote control battery can last about 15 minutes), the remote control has a vibration (vibrate 0.5 seconds, then 0.5 seconds intervals, vibrate again 0.5 seconds)
Battery indicator – e-skateboard: Press button A. One light is on that means e-skateboard have 25% power. One light indicator flashes that means e-skateboard have 12.5% power.
For example: If power level is 62.5%~75%, the light indicator is “” , if e-skateboard power is less than 12.5%,the skateboard has a vibration and it’s light indicator is “” .When voltage less than safety voltage, the e-skateboard will slow down. You should brake as soon as possible at this moment.
Accelerate/brake control: The e-skateboard move forward when push roller ‘ahead; The e-skateboard stop moving when pushroller’ aback.
Gears shift: Click the button “B” for shifting gears. There have 3 gears: top gear, medium gear, low gear .E-skateboard level indicate lamp take turns low gear , medium gear and top gear. When the e-skateboard move, the indicate lamp is blinking. USB charge port: This port is for charging remote control

RIDING OPERATION

STARTING
  • a. Choose a suitable terrain for riding your Moovi e-skateboard
  • b. Put the e-skateboard in its right place.
ADJUSTING
  • a. Turn on the remote control: Switch on the remote control (Remote control signal indicator flashes that indicates the remote control is on.)

  • b. Turn on the e-skateboard: Switch on the skateboard. (When the power switch indicator flashes, it indicates that the skateboard is turned on; Attention, after connection is done, the communication indicator on remote control and the power switch indicator on skateboard would turn from flashing to constantly lit after connection is done.)

  • c. Adjust remote control status: According to remote control exploded view, before skating, you should transfer low gear, push `roller’ and check that the e-skateboard is working properly.

START MOVING:

a. Start skating: The user stand on the e-skateboard, foot in tandem. Push ‘roller’ slowly and go forward at low speed (Pay attention to: through control body balance to keep e-skateboard direction),When you can skate very well, you can skate at high speed .

PARKING STAGE

a. Stop the e-skateboard: Push’ roller’ slowly for braking to let e-skateboard slow down until stop working Pay attention: Once meets emergency case, the user can jump down from e-skateboard directly)

BATTERY AND CHARGER

Each Moovi e-skateboard is equipped with a special lithium battery and dedicated charger. Each Moovi e-skateboard and its accessories have a special number .Use the battery charger specifically for that purpose when recharging. Do not use another brand of charger.

Other type of e-skateboards is also not suitable for charging with Moovi charger. If this results in damage to the battery or charger or other components, the user assumes the responsibility.

BATTERY

After purchasing the Moovi make sure to fully charge the battery before using it .If not used for a long time, please charge once every 3 months . Please charge in time after riding long time. Untimely charging for dead battery will shorten battery life, or even lead to invalid battery.

CHARGER

Your special Moovi charger has an over-charge protection function, which will automatically turn off the charger’s power when the battery is charged 100%. Special circumstances such as water, collision and other factors due to impropriate usage, which lead to battery and/or charger damage, are not covered under warranty.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Open the rubber plug to get access to the charging port. Insert the charger to the socket.
  2. Plug the charger into the power outlet.
  3. Charging light will turn on. Red—Not full; Green—Full.

MAINTENANCE

CHECK

Every three months(or when needed), Please check whether the skateboard in a good condition. The fasten parts is loose or not. If loose , please tighten.
Remarks: Regular inspection is very important!!!

BATTERY

If not used for a long time, please charge the battery once every three months to maintain the full power capacity.

PLACE AND DAILY CARE

Please do not put the skateboard under the hot sun , in the rain or other serious damp places for a long time . Please keep the skateboard clean.

SOLUTION TO THE GENERAL PROBLEMS

CHECK LIST

When the products have such problems, please refer to the following ways to solve.

  1. The e-skateboard can not move forward.
    Reason: The remote control or e-skateboard is not power on. Solution: Make sure both remote control and e-skateboard power button is on.

  2. The electric skateboard can not move forward or remote control vibrates.
    The reason: The skateboard is low in power Solution: Charge the skateboard or remote control.

  3. Brake failure or abnormal parameters The reason: Parameter lost. Solution: Contact your local dealer or the Moovi support team.

  4. If problems consists, please contact the Moovi support.

  1. If you don’t refer to the instructions for proper maintenance of your Moovi e-skateboard.
  2. Unauthorized replacement of other manufacturer’s or brands batteries, charger or other parts
  3. The improper use of the Moovi for other purposes, such as high-risk performances , causing damage
  4. Damage caused by disassembly or reloading
  5. Traffic accidents or other damages due to a collision
  6. Label or seal is damaged and the body or accessories code does not match
  7. Damage caused by driving e-skateboard on an unsuitable roads
  8. Any other abnormal damage caused by improper usage
  9. Body number and controller or battery number doesn’t match
