Safety Instructions
- When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
- Check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate corresponds with that of the local network before connecting the appliance to the mains power supply.
- Children aged from 8 years and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge can use this appliance, only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Unless they are older than 8 and supervised, children should not perform cleaning or user maintenance.
- This appliance is not a toy.

- This appliance contains no user serviceable parts, only a qualified electrician should carry out repairs. Improper repairs may place the user at risk of harm.

- Keep the appliance out of the reach of children when it is switched on or cooling down.

- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.

- Do not leave the appliance unattended whilst connected to the mains power supply.
- Do not remove the appliance from the mains power supply by pulling the cord; switch it off and remove the plug by hand.
- Do not pull or carry the appliance by its power supply cord.
- Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or if there are visible signs of damage.
- Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use. Do not use any accessories other than those supplied.
- Do not fit any parts/accessories other than the parts supplied with this appliance, as this may cause damage.
- Do not use any damaged accessories.
- Do not use this appliance outdoors.
- Do not use the appliance in an enclosed space filled with vapour given off by oil-based paint thinners, some mothproofing substances, flammable dust or other explosive or toxic vapours. Do not use the appliance on leather, wax polished furniture or floors, vinyl or laminate floors, synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate, steam-sensitive materials.
- Do not use the appliance on any unsealed hard floor surfaces or surfaces that have been treated with wax as the sheen may be removed by the heat and steam action. It is always recommended to test an isolated area of the surface to be cleaned before proceeding. Do not store the appliance in direct sunlight or in high humidity conditions.
- Do not touch any sections of the appliance that may become hot during use, as this could cause injury.
- Do not direct steam at people or animals.
- Do not direct steam towards equipment containing electrical components, such as the interior of ovens.
- Take care when equipping accessories with rotating parts as this could cause entrapment.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains power supply before changing or fitting accessories.
- Always unplug the appliance after use and before any cleaning or maintenance.
Always ensure that the appliance has cooled fully after use before performing
any cleaning or maintenance or storing away. Use of an extension cord with the
appliance is not recommended. This appliance should not be operated by means
of an external timer or separate remote control system.
This appliance is intended for domestic use only. It should not be used for
commercial purposes.
CAUTION: Always wear suitable shoes when using the appliance and when
changing the accessories. Do not wear slippers or open-toed footwear.
The appliance emits very hot steam; always exercise extreme caution during
use.

Additional Risks
Additional risks may arise when using this appliance, which may not be stated
in the previous safety instructions. These risks can arise from misuse or
prolonged operation of the appliance. Even when following the basic safety
instructions highlighted in this manual, some risks cannot be avoided. These
include injury from touching hot surfaces, changing accessories or using the
appliance for a long period of time. It is recommended that you take regular
breaks during prolonged use of the appliance. Never leave the appliance
stationary on a floor area for longer than 15 seconds.
Ensure that the microfibre mop head pad is attached before use.

Care and Maintenance
- Before attempting any cleaning or maintenance, always unplug the steam cleaner from the mains power supply and allow it to cool sufficiently.
- Drain any remaining water from the water tank once the steam cleaner main body has cooled and clean it after every use.
- Wipe the steam cleaner main body with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly.
- Clean the precision shaped mop head in warm, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
- The accessories are not suitable for dishwasher use.
- Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners or detergents.
- The microfibre mop head pad is machine washable on a low heat setting. Always use a mild detergent and lay it flat to dry. Never use bleach or fabric softener when washing the microfibre mop head pad.
WARNING: Do not turn on the steam cleaner during cleaning. Never immerse any electrical components in water or any other liquid.
- Descaling the Water Tank and Removing Limescale
- If living in a hard water area, calcium deposits may begin to build up inside the water tank or accessories. If this occurs, it is recommended to use demineralised water with the steam mop.
- Limescale can develop over time and can affect the performance of the steam mop.
- It is recommended to remove limescale at least once a month. Use a limescale removing solution that is suitable for use with a steam mop. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Instructions for Use
Before First Use
Before using the steam cleaner for the first time, clean the exterior surface
with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Do not immerse the steam cleaner in water or any other liquid.
Assembling the All Floors Steam Cleaner
Attaching the Handle
Attach the removable handle to the steam cleaner main body by sliding the
bottom of the handle into the steam cleaner main unit until it locks into
position.
NOTE: The handle can be removed easily for storage by pressing the handle release button and pulling it away in an upwards direction.
Attaching the Precision Shaped Mop Head
STEP 1: Slide the bottom end of the steam cleaner main body onto the
precision shaped mop head, until the precision shaped mop head spindle clicks
into place.
STEP 2: Always attach the precision shaped mop head using both hands,
making sure that it is locked securely into position.
STEP 3: To remove the precision shaped mop head, simultaneously press the
mop head release button and pull the steam cleaner main body upward.
NOTE: The precision-shaped mop head will only fit one way onto the steam cleaner main body; make sure that it is correctly aligned.
WARNING: Never force the steam cleaner main body onto the precision- shaped mop head, as this could damage the steam cleaner.
Attaching the Mop Head Pad
STEP 1: Remove the precision shaped mop head from the steam cleaner main
body following the instructions in the section entitled ‘Attaching the
Precision Shaped Mop Head’.
STEP 2: Attach the mop head pad to the precision shaped mop head and
press down firmly. STEP 3: Reattach the precision shaped mop head to the steam
cleaner main body following the instructions in the section entitled
‘Attaching the Precision Shaped Mop Head’.
NOTE: The mop head pad must be installed correctly before use on carpets or hard floors. Do not use the steam mop without the mop head in place.
Attaching the Carpet Glider
The precision shaped mop head simply sits in the carpet glider to enable the
steam cleaner to move with ease across the carpet.
STEP 1: Remove the precision shaped mop head from the steam cleaner main body following the instructions in the section entitled ‘Attaching the Precision Shaped Mop Head’.
STEP 2: Attach the mop head pad to the precision shaped mop head and press down firmly. STEP 3: Place the precision shaped mop head with the mop head pad attached into the carpet glider by slotting the front of the precision shaped mop head into the carpet glider. Then, press down on the rear of the precision shaped mop head until it click securely into position.
STEP 4: Reattach the precision shaped mop head to the steam cleaner main body following the instructions in the section entitled ‘Attaching the Precision Shaped Mop Head’.
NOTE: The carpet glider should only be used on carpets. If the carpet glider easily falls off, remove it along with the mop head pad and then reassemble, the mop head pad should be visible at the back of the precision shaped mop head. If the flooring is uneven, the carpet glider may dislodge.
Filling the Water Tank
Switch off and unplug the steam cleaner from the mains power supply before
attempting to fill the water tank.
STEP 1: Remove the water tank cap by twisting it in an anticlockwise direction.
STEP 2: Fill up the measuring jug and then pour the contents into the 350 ml water tank.
NOTE: The water may take a couple of seconds to rise, so allow time for this before adding in more. The water tank must not be overfilled.
CAUTION: Do not attempt to fill the water tank whilst the steam cleaner is turned on, as this could cause damage. Unplug the steam cleaner from the mains power supply before attempting to fill the water tank.
WARNING: Never add aromatic, alcoholic or detergent products into the water tank, as this will cause damage to the steam cleaner and void the warranty.
Using the All Floors Steam Cleaner
STEP 1: Assemble the steam cleaner following the instructions in the section entitled ‘Assembling the All Floors Steam Cleaner’, and attach the precision shaped mop head pad following the instructions in the section entitled ‘Attaching the Precision Shaped Mop Head’
STEP 2: Fill the water tank following the instructions in the section entitled ‘Filling the Water Tank’.
STEP 3: Plug in and switch on the steam cleaner at the mains power supply.
STEP 4: Switch the on/off switch to the ‘ON’ position.
STEP 5: The water tank will illuminate red to indicate that the steam cleaner is heating up; this will take approx. 25 seconds. Once the steam cleaner has reached the correct temperature, the water tank will illuminate blue, indicating that the steam cleaner is now ready to use.
STEP 6: Steam will now run continuously until the water tank is empty, or until the on/off switch is pressed to the ‘OFF’ position.
NOTE: A full water tank will supply approx. 15 minutes of continuous steam. Steam will run continuously until the water tank is empty.
CAUTION: The steam cleaner emits jets of very powerful, hot steam. The surface of the precision shaped mop head will get very hot. Do not touch it.
Troubleshooting
Storage
Check that the water tank is empty and that the steam cleaner is cool, clean
and dry before storing in a cool, dry place.
Remove the mop head pad, making sure that it has been cleaned according to the
instructions in the section entitled ‘Care and Maintenance’.
NOTE: The power cord should be stowed away securely, not too tight at the point of connection to the unit.
