Important safety guidelines for this appliance
- This appliance is meant exclusively for personal use and for the intended purpose. This appliance is not intended for commercial use.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors and keep it away from sources of heat (e.g., electric stove) and direct sunlight. Please do not keep the appliance in immediate proximity to water sources (e.g., washbasin).
- Do not use this appliance with wet hands.
- Keep it on an suitable surface so that it does not tip over.
- Disconnect the power plug from the mains socket when the appliance is not being used or for cleaning.
- Operate the product only with the voltage indicated on the appliance\ label.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- Fill the water tank only with cold water and do not boil the remaining water a second time.
- Do not move the appliance when it is being operated.
- Do not open the cover during operation. This may cause burns!
- Steam escapes from the top of the appliance during the operation. Stay away from the escaping steam. Danger of burns!
- The heating element remains hot for some time even after the appliance is switched off. Ensure that nobody touches the inside of theb container. There is a risk of burns!
- Use the appliance only with the supplied shut-off device.
- Provide clearance to other objects and walls so that the air can circulate freely. Do not cover the appliance.
- Do not boil any liquids other than water.
- The housing of the kettle becomes hot during operation. Therefore hold the kettle only using the handle provided for this purpose.
- If the mains power cable of this appliance is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, his after-sales service personnel or by an equally qualified person, so as to prevent any risk.
- Children should use or clean the appliance only under supervision or guidance.
- Do not overfill the kettle, otherwise water may spurt out.
- The water level must be below the maximum mark!

Product details
Initial use
Check that the product and the components are intact and that the appliance is working properly when using it for the first time. Remove the kettle and the base station out of the packaging and connect the base to a properly installed earthed socket.
Wipe the surface of the kettle using a slightly dampened cloth. To remove any
manufacturing residues, fill the water container once with cold water up to
the maximum mark before using it for the first time. Boil the water on by
pressing the “ON / OFF ( )” button and then pressing the “ON / OFF ( )” button
once again.
The 100°C starts flashing on the sensor bar. The currently measured
temperature lights up. Discard the water after the initial boiling
This appliance is intended for domestic use and similar applications such as: In staff kitchens, in shops, offices and other business areas, in agricultural properties, by customers in hotels, motels and other residential facilities as well as B&Bs. Do not operate the appliance unattended and check it for damage and proper assembly before using it each time.
Usage
Pull the knob on the lid to lift the lid. Fill the kettle with cold water and press the lid down until it locks into place.
Note: A scale is provided on the inside. Do not fill the container above the maximum mark. The boiling water may spurt out if the kettle is overfilled.
- Place the kettle on the base
- Press the “ON/OFF ( )” button on the base station to turn on the appliance.
- there is a sensor bar on the base station to select the different water temperatures.
- To start the cooking process for 100°C, press the “ON/OFF ( )” button again.
- if you want to heat the kettle to a temperature between 40°C and 90°C, press the section of the sensor bar corresponding to your desired temperature. The now selected target temperature is displayed on the sensor bar for checking.
- After approx. 3 seconds the kettle will start to heat up. Pressing the “ON/OFF ( )” button again cancels the process.
- at temperatures below or exactly 40°C the 40°C display is permanently lit. At 60°C the 40°C – 60°C section is permanently lit, etc., until the set target temperature is reached.
- if a target temperature below the current water temperature is selected, the kettle stops the cooking process immediately and signals this with a long signal tone.
- as soon as the water has reached the target temperature, the kettle switches off and two beeps are heard. The heating element switches off automatically and the process is finished. The appliance can now be raised and the water used.
“KEEP WARM” function
The “KEEP WARM” function allows you to maintain a set temperature. Press the “ON/OFF ( )” button on the base station to switch on the appliance. Select a temperature using the sensor bar. Then press “KEEP WARM ( ) ” to start the process. Following this, the kettle heats to the set value and maintains this temperature for 30 minutes.
Turning off the key sounds
To turn off the key sounds, press and hold the “ON / OFF ( )” button and the” KEEP WARM ( )”button simultaneously for about 2-3 seconds. Repeat the procedure if you want to switch on the key sounds again.
Caution! Some sounds should not be turned off for safety reasons.
Descaling and cleaning
We recommend decalcifying the kettle at regular intervals depending on the intensity of use. Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance and wait until it has cooled down completely. Please only use commercially available citric acid-based descaling agents to descale the water container. The dosage for the descaling agent can be found in the packaging or on the package insert. The heating plate should not be cleaned separately. Never work on the heating plate with hard objects. Only use a cloth moistened with water for external cleaning of the kettle. Do not use abrasive objects such as a wire brush or steel sponge for cleaning. Please do not use any cleaning agents that attack the surface or are harmful to health when consumed! To avoid the risk of electric shock, never immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water or other liquids.

Please do not try to open the appliance to carry out repairs or modifications by yourself. Avoid contact with the mains supply. The appliance does not carry current only when disconnected. Please do not short-circuit the product. Do not forget to disconnect the power cord when the appliance is not being used or during thunderstorms. The appliance is not approved for outdoor use. Please use it only in dry surroundings.
Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Never expose the appliance to high outside temperatures. Do not expose the appliance to sudden changes in temperature or strong vibrations, as this could damage the electronic components. Check the appliance for any damage before using it. The appliance should not be used if it has been subject to impact or has been damaged in some other way. Get in touch with our customer service department in such cases. manual. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or
mentally disabled persons. Use the appliance only with the base plate
supplied. Any repairs or modifications to the appliance not carried out by the
original supplier will void any warranty and guarantee claims.
The appliance should be used only by persons who have read and understood this
user manual. The specifications of the appliance may be changed without prior
intimation.
This appliance is not intended to be used by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have received instructions on how to use the appliance from any such authorised person.
Disposal instructions

should not be disposed of along with domestic waste. Their components have to
be separately sent for recycling or disposal, because improper disposal of
toxic and dangerous components may permanently damage the environment.

the manufacturer, the point of sale or public collection points at the end of
their service life. The relevant local laws regulate the details in this
