General warnings

The material must be stored in dry environments and protected against
weathering.
This instruction manual provides technical information for installing the kit.
As for the other issues related to kit installation (e.g. safety in the work
site, environment protection, injury prevention), it is necessary to comply
with the provisions specified in the regulations in force and principles of
good practice.
Improper installation or assembly of the appliance and/or components,
accessories, kit and devices can cause unexpected problems to people, animals
and objects. Read the instructions provided with the product carefully to
ensure a proper installation. Installation and maintenance must be performed
in compliance with the regulations in force, according to the manufacturer’s
instructions and by authorised professionally qualified staff, intending staff
with specific technical skills in the plant sector, as envisioned by the Law.
Kit Assembly (Fig. 2)
Disassemble the bottom grid of the boiler (21). Connect the extension
fittings (20) on the system flow (M) of the boilers (22) making
sure to interpose the gasket (18).
Connect the terminal-filter connection pipe (19) to the cycloidal filter
interposing the 24x16x2 gasket present in the accessory bag located inside the
accessory box Join the safety valve (15) to the fitting (13), making
sure to interpose suitable sealing material such as oakum or similar.
Connect the valve to the terminal (10) securing it with the grub screw
(14) and interposing the relative O-ring (12); also make sure that the
safety valve drain (15) is facing down. Preassemble the 3-way valve (9) to
the fitting (7), interposing the suitable sealing material such as oakum
or similar, then connect the obtained unit to the terminal (10)
interposing the flat gasket (6). Connect the terminal (5) to the
fitting (7) interposing the gasket (6).
Connect the terminals (10) and (11) to the boiler Flow and Return
fittings, interposing the relative gaskets (6) and (18). At the end,
screw the cover (3) by interposing suitable sealing material such as oakum
or similar. Reassemble the lower grid (21). After the 1st temperature
test, check the tightness of all the pipes.
N.B. : the components downstream of the system, such as the expansion
tank, must be sized according to the flow rate of the system.
If assembling the kit with free outputs on the left side, perform the
installation as shown in figure 3.
N.B.: before closing the system cut-off cocks, the boiler must be
switched off.
