  • Read and understand the instructions before you use the product
  • Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the product.
  • Use protective clothes.
  • Use eye protection.
  • Use breathing protection when you work in dusty environments.
  • Use hearing protection.
  • Make sure that the work area is tidy. Untidy work areas increase the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Make sure that the work area has sufficient lighting.
  • To avoid accidental start, make sure that the power switch is in the off position before you connect the product to a power source.
  • Keep the power cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
  • Do not expose the product to rain.
  • Do not operate or put the product in wet or damp environments.
  • Do not operate the product in environments with dust, acids, steam, explosive gases or flammable gases.
  • Do not operate the product near flammable liquids or flammable gases.
  • Make sure that the intake air is dry and free from dust.
  • Make sure that the intake air does not contain gases or vapors that can cause explosions in the product.
  • Do not use the product if it is damaged or has a defective power switch.
  • Do not repair the product. A damaged or defective product must be repaired at an authorized service center.
  • Do not touch earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, cookers and refrigerators. There is a risk of electric shock.
  • Only operate the product at workloads that are within the specified capacity range.
  • Avoid long air hoses and long extension cords.
  • Do not operate the product if you are fatigued or easily distracted.
  • Do not use compressed air on yourself or in the direction of others.
  • Disconnect the product from the power source when it is not in operation.
  • Disconnect the product from the power source before you do maintenance on the product.
  • Make sure that you have a firm grip around the air hose coupling before you disconnect it from the product. The air hose coupling can eject with force.
  • Keep the product in a dry and closed storage, away from children, when the product is not in operation.
  • Clean the product regularly.

Safety instructions for work with compressed air and spray painting

  • Do not use paint or solvent with a flash point that is lower than 55°C.
  • Do not heat the paint or the solvent.
  • Use a protective face mask when you operate the product with hazardous liquids.
  • Follow the safety precaution information from the manufacturers of the hazardous substances.
  • Make sure that there are no open flames or sparks in the work area. Paint fumes are flammable.

Operation

To use the product

  1. Connect the air hose to the air outlet. Make sure that there is no air leakage.
    Note! If you need to use a 1/4″ BSP or NPT air hose it is necessary to use a 1/4″-1/8″ adapter.

  2. Connect the required air tool.

  3. Connect the power cord to a power source.
    Warning! Make sure that the power switch is in the off position before you connect the product to a power source.

  4. Put the power switch in the on position to start the product.

  5. Put the power switch in the off position to stop the product.
    Note! The product stops automatically at 4 bar (adjustable).

Disposal

To discard the product
Make sure that you follow local regulations when you discard the product . Do not burn the product.

It is therefore necessary to determine which safety precautions are required to protect the user, based on an estimate of exposure in actual operating conditions (taking into account all stages of the work cycle, such as the time when the tool is switched off and when it is idling, in addition to the start-up time).
