Intended use
- Enables connection of 4 HDMI sources such as PC or game console to one HDMI sink, e.g. to a TV or video projector
- Input switching via button, remote control or automatically
- Power supply via mains adapter (included)
Scope of delivery:
- HDMI 4×1 switch, power supply unit, remote control, battery
Installation and operation
- Connect the HDMI outputs of up to 4 devices to HDMI IN1 to IN4 on this switch.
- Connect HDMI OUT to an HDMI input of the TV, monitor, AV receiver or video projector.
- Note: The HDMI ARC connector on a soundbar is an HDMI output and cannot be used with an HDMI source, only on the TV.
- Connect the power supply unit to the DC connector and plug it into the wall socket.
- First switch on the HDMI sink (e.g. TV), then the HDMI source
- To switch between the two inputs, press the button on the switch or the remote control.
- Automatic switching between the HDMI inputs is possible, but is not supported by all HDMI sources.

Button for manual switching of inputs:
– short tap changes between the 4 inputs
– long press changes to automatic switching:
When the input LEDs flash once, Autoswitch is active.
When the input LEDs flash three times, Autoswitch is off. -
Lights up when the switch is on.
Remote control
OFF switches to stand-by ON switches on the HDMI switch 1-4 to select the
desired input or player to be displayed
AUTO switches the automatic switching function off or on 5∧ ∨ Switches to the
next / previous HDMI input.
The infrared remote control uses a CR2025 battery. Please remove the
transparent film from the battery before use. If the remote control is not
used for a longer period of
time, replace the foil.

Safety instructions
Please do not cover the cabinet and do not install the unit to avoid overheating.
- Keep away from heat sources, fire, water and moisture.
- Do not place heavy objects on the unit or the connecting cables.
- Do not open or drill holes in the casing.
- Clean the surface of the unit only with a soft, dry cloth – without cleaning agents, petrol or similar.
If the unit will not be used for a long period of time or if it malfunctions, please disconnect the power supply.
Service
Inspection of the unit by qualified service personnel is necessary in the following cases:
- Objects or liquids have entered the unit.
- The unit is not operating normally or the performance has changed.
- The unit has been dropped or the casing is damaged.
In this case, disconnect the power supply and do not operate the unit any longer. Do not attempt to repair or open the unit yourself. Contact trained service personnel or contact the seller or FeinTech, e.g. by e-mail to service@feintech.eu.
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging of the unit consists exclusively of recyclable materials. Please
return it according to your local recycling system. Please contact your dealer
or your municipal waste disposal facility / recycling centre for information
on current disposal methods.
Disposal of the appliance
Old appliances are not worthless waste. Valuable raw materials can be
recovered through environmentally friendly disposal. This product must not be
disposed of with normal household waste at the end of its life, but must be
taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic
equipment. The symbol on the product, the instructions for use or the
packaging indicates this. The materials are recyclable according to their
labelling. By reusing, recycling or otherwise recovering waste equipment, you
are making an important contribution to protecting our environment.
