Intended use

Enables the connection of 2 HDMI sources such as a PC or game console to an HDMI sink, e.g. to a TV set, or one HDMI source to 2 displays
Port switching via button
Power supply via HDMI source

Installation and operation

a) 2 players and 1 display

Connect the HDMI outputs of 2 devices to HDMI IN1 and IN2 on this switch.
Connect HDMI OUT to an HDMI input of the TV, monitor, AV receiver or video projector.

b) 1 player and 2 displays

Connect the HDMI output of your player to HDMI IN on this switch
Connect the HDMI OUT1 and OUT2 to the inputs your TV, monitor, video projector or AV receiver
First switch on the HDMI sink (e.g. TV), then the HDMI source
Press the key to switch between the two ports

Safety Instructions

Please do not cover the housing and do not install the device to avoid overheating.
Keep away from heat sources, fire, water and moisture.
Do not place heavy objects on the unit or the connecting cables.
Do not open or drill holes in the housing.
Clean the surface of the device only with a soft, dry cloth, no cleaning agents, petrol or similar.
In case of prolonged non-use or malfunction, please disconnect the HDMI cables.

Service

An inspection of the device by qualified personnel is necessary in the following cases:

Objects or liquids have entered the device.
The unit doesn’t operate normally or performance has changed.
The unit has been dropped or the housing is damaged.

Unplug the HDMI cables and stop using the unit. Do not attempt to repair or open the unit yourself. Contact trained service personnel or contact the seller or Fein Tech, for example, by e-mail at service@feintech.eu

Disposal of the packaging

The packaging of your device consists exclusively of recyclable materials. Please sort them accordingly and recycle them. Please contact your dealer or your municipal waste disposal facility / recycling centre for information on current disposal methods.
