HOW TO SETUP
Open the charging case lid, the earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and search for “BELKIN”. Tap pair to connect.
HOW TO OPERATE
- Press the right earbud once to increase the volume
- Press the left earbud once to decrease the volume
- Press right earbud twice to play a song
- Press left earbud twice to stop a song
- Press right earbud three times to skip a song to next track
- Press left earbud three times to go to previous song
HOW TO CHARGE THE CHARGING CASE
Connect the provided USB cable to the USB port of your computer and connect micro-USB to the charging case. LED light flashes indicating that the device is charging.
HOW TO CHARGE THE EARBUDS
Put both the earbuds into the charging case. Make sure to put right earbud in R slot and left earbud in L slot. LED blinks which shows that the earbuds are charging. It takes approximately 1.5-2 hours to fully charge the earbuds
FAQs
Can you use both left and right ear buds by themselves when only using one ear bud? Can I use the left ear bud singularly or just the right?
Yes, you can. However, you may not fully utilize the Audio Playback controls as it requires both earbuds.
Are these compatible with Samsung Galaxy S20?
Yes, the Belkin AUC004 is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S20.
Was working fine for a month but now the volume is barely there even with media and ear buds at max. Any ideas?
Resetting the earbuds might help. Also, you may need to contact our support hotline should this case requires advanced troubleshooting.

Both worked fine out of the box for me.

The Belkin AUC004 can be charged with an Apple wireless charger as long as it supports Qi wireless charging up to 5W or higher.
Can I Use only one earbud?
Once both earbuds paired successfully, you should be able to use one earbud after.

Yes. It is designed to connect to Bluetooth audio-enabled devices (phones, tablets, computers).

The earbuds should work with any Bluetooth audio-enabled devices such as phones, tablets, and computers.
On a call how is it in a loud area?
I only use them to listen to audio books and music (not to make or receive calls) so technically, I don’t know the answer to your question. However, for my purposes, the sound is always loud, sharp and clear.
Do these have multipoint connection?
Only one device can be connected to the earbuds at the same time.
Can you pair these to multiple devices?
Up to eight devices can be paired with the AUC004.
Are they easy to hook up to your Bluetooth?
Pairing the Belkin Wireless earbuds via Bluetooth should be a breeze. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 and is backwards compatible with older versions of Bluetooth.
Will these pair with apple iPhone 11 and HP laptop? products
Yes, they will pair with your iPhone 11, that’s what I have. I’m not sure about your HP laptop, but I would assume that they would, they seem to pair easily.
