Make sure your earbuds are in pairing mode and that the charging case has been removed. To learn how to put your earbuds in pairing mode.

Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device to start looking for nearby devices.
NOTE: Depending on the operating system of your device, different procedures may be required to enable Bluetooth. -
Your earphones will identify themselves as SOUND FORM True Wireless Earbuds when they are found. To finish pairing, tap the name.
Once paired, your earbuds will make a confirmation sound. It will also appear as a paired device on your phone or tablet.
HOW TO CHARGE
Simply open the case, insert each earbud into the corresponding slot, then close the top to start charging your earphones. You don’t have to plug the case in to charge your earbuds if it still has battery life.
