Warning:

  1. Before using the product for the first time, make sure it is fully charged before using it.
  2. If the product does not charge properly, try replacing the charging cable and charger. Note: 3.7V/1A is the most suitable charging current and voltage.
  3. Before using the product, check that the insulation patch is removed from the contact location between the headphones and the charging case to avoid not being able to charge the headphones properly.
  4. When you can’t pair left and right headphones at the same time, try ignoring this device on your phone. Finally, take the headphones out of the headphone case at the same time and repair them.
  5. When an unstable connection occurs, make sure that the surrounding environment is free of interference and blocking, as well as that the earphones and pairing devices are not too far apart. If the problem does not get better, we recommend ignoring the device and re-pairing it if the battery is sufficient.
