KEMIMOTO Midnight Series Soundbar Audio System

CAUTION

  4. Don’t merge the device into water, it may cause harm to the device.
  5. Always check the polarity of the power before installation to avoid harm to the device or your battery pack.

Enjoy the music at the proper volume level

  • Listening to music at high volume might cause hearing damage, the sound pressure level scale of this product might cause a loss of hearing to normal people, even if just a short period of hearing. Sound is kind of deceptive, your feeling of a “proper” sound level will change as time goes by, and the “proper” sound level might actually be louder than what you recognized. So please set the volume to a secure level before you adapt to an inappropriate sound pressure and don’t change it easily.

Safe volume setting

  • Set the volume to a low level at the beginning
  • Press the button to increase the volume until you get a clear image of sound and proper bass without distortion. The

proper time of the hearing

  • A long period of hearing, even if it’s under safe volume, is not advised either. Hearing damage will occur with long time use Proper use of the device and adequate rest time is recommended

Quick installation

  • Screw up the bottom half of the clamp to the thread holes on the speaker housing via hexagon M6*10  bolts in the accessory pack. there are 2 clamps that need to be mounted, make sure they are tightened enough before you carry on to the next step
  • Screw up the 2 halves of the clamp by using the hexag n M6*50 bolts in the accessory pack. make slight adjustments to the speaker’s face direction, then tighten them up. Plug in the powered cord with SAE connector
  • Find an open place on the bar of your vehicle, and put the top half of the clamp onto the bar. then lift your soundbar up for docking Don’t forget the rubber friction pads, which are important to keep the speaker steady in driving.
  • Turn on the soundbar, enjoy the trip
  • Flip the soundbar speaker facing the downside, and connect the shaft parts together with the L-shaped brackets via hexagon M6*10 bolts in the accessory pack. there are 2shafts need to be installed need to be mounted, make sure they are tightened enough before you carry on to the next step
  • Screw up the 2 halves of the clamp by using the hexagon M6*50 bolts in the accessory pack. make slight adjustments of the speaker’s face direction, then tight them up. Plug in the powered cord with SAE connector

NOTE : The remote control is an RF-based technology, there’s no direction required in operation, The power consumption is pretty low, you don’t need to change the battery frequently.Standby power consumption< 10ua Battery type: 1*CR2032

Bluetooth music

  1. Press and hold the power button on speaker or remote control to turn on the speaker you will hear the voice prompt ” Hello Kemimoto” and the LED indicator will show flashing blue that means Bluetooth is under standby waiting for connection
  2. Scan for the devices named “KM-Midnight 60/80″in your smartphone Bluetooth list, and click it to wait for the connection
  3.  Once the Bluetooth is connected, the voice prompt”connected” will come out, and the LED will be static blue
  4. Run the playlist in the application on your smart phone, and control the speaker playback with previous/next/play/past volume+/- on the front panel or remote control.

USB music

  1. Insert the USB thumb, with MP3/WMA format music stored, into the USB acceptance at the back of the connecting panel, The mode will automatically turn to USB mode, and start playing USB music after voice prompt”USB mode”
  2. Press the SRC button on the speaker panel or remote control cycle and select the speaker mode until you hear the voice prompt ” Hello Kemimoto” and the LED indicator will show static red that means the system is under USB mode
  3. Control the speaker USB music playback with previous/next/play/pause volume+/- on the front panel or remote control

Note:

  1. The system supports a hot swap of USB thumb, you are allowed to plug out/ in the USB during the working status.
  2. Make sure there (is ) is at least one piece of music file stored in the USB thumb, or the decode might not recognize the USB.
  3. The system will kick into USB mode directly once the USB thumb is inserted and successfully recognized.
  4. The USB port can provide 5V power to mobile phones or other appliance charging, with a maximum 2A output current.
