Introduction

The USB 3.0 to HDMI Dual Display Adapter is used to connect any computer with USB-A 3.0 or USB-C port to two HDMI displays. It includes an ARM Cortex R5 Processor with 128-bit GPU so that the usage of the host computer’s CPU is minimal. This adapter is designed to support Mirror/Extend/Rotation/Ctamshell modes and can display up to 4K@30Hz and 1080p@60H7z. It uses Silicon Mation‘s InstantView technology. It does not support copy-protected content such as Netflix.

System Requirements

To ensure proper installation and operation of this product, please ensure that your system meets the following requirements:

• Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11 or above, or Mac OS 10.10. or above
• CPU Processor: Core i5 or above, with 4GB RAM or above
• Monitor with HDMI input
• USB port with USB 3.0 data transmission

Driver Installation

Download the drivers for your operating system via the FeinTech Website https://feintech.eu/en/blogs/wissen/cx200-usb-3-0-hdmi-dual-display-adapter or from SiliconMation (SM76x Driver)

Installation and display mode setting for Windows

• Unzip the driver file. Double click the ,,.exe“ file and then click install.
• Ifasecurity prompt pop-up appears, please click INSTALL”
• After installation, click .REBOOT* to restart your computer.
• Right click in the blank space on the desktop and select “Display settings”
• Atthe “Display” area, click each of the display icons to set the needed resolution or other setting
• Scroll down to “multi display settings” and select the desired mode in the drop-down list

• Double click on the downloaded driver.
• You will be asked twice for confirmation: ,macOS InstantView would like to record this computer’s screen”. Please grant access. ,,Data Protection & Security tries to change your system preferences“. Please confirm with your password.
• Please drag ,macOS InstantView* to your Application folder and run it.
• Click the apple icon and select “System Preferences”, and click “Displays”
• Atthe “Display” area, click each of the display icons to set the location or change to the mirror or extend mode
• Click the “Display Setting’, and choose each connected display to set correct resolution and mode

Note:

• Please note that Mac-based devices do not support rotation mode, but M1/M2 Mac supports clamshell mode while Intel Mac does not.

Disposal of the packaging and appliance
The packaging and the appliance consist of recyclable materials. Please return the packaging and the device at the end of its service life to your local recycling system. Please contact your dealer or a municipal waste disposal facility / recycling centre for information on current disposal methods.
