KERB 100PC TRENCH SYSTEM – LOAD CLASS D400
4” (100mm) KERB POLYMER CONCRETE TRENCH DRAIN
SPECIFICATION
General: The trench drain shall be Vodaland Canada Kerb 100PC as
manufactured by Vodaland or approved equal.
Specification: Channels shall be 39.4” (1000mm) long and the nominal
clear opening shall be 4” (100mm) with 5.8” (150mm) overall width and built in
neutral slope as per specifier’s requirements. Each unit will feature male-
tofemale interlocking joints.
Inlets shall be monolithically cast as a part of the trench drain body as a
single piece. The channel shall withstand a required EN1433 load class.
Materials: Kerb 100PC trench drain shall be manufactured from polymer
concrete with the following approximate properties:

Specification: Channels shall be 39.4” (1000mm) long and the nominal
clear opening shall be 4” (100mm) with 5.5” (140mm) overall width and built in
neutral slope as per specifier’s requirements. Each unit will feature male-to-
female interlocking joints and steel cover for access. Inlets shall be
monolithically cast as a part of the trench drain body as a single piece.
Access shall be via stainless steel 2 bolt access covers on all access and
outlet channels.
The channel shall withstand a required EN1433 load class.
