Open Slot 80PC SYSTEM
OPEN SLOT 80PC SYSTEM – LOAD CLASS C250
3” (80mm) OPEN SLOT POLYMER CONCRETE TRENCH DRAIN
General: The trench drain shall be Vodaland Canada Open Slot 80PC as
manufactured by Vodaland or approved equal.
Specification: Channels shall be 39.4” (1000mm) long with 3” (80mm)
overall width and 2” (50mm) tall. Space between slot shall be 0.75” (17.5mm).
Each unit shall have a comb profile and a neutral 0% built in slope. Channels
shall have male-to-female interlocking joints. Channels shall withstand a load
class according to EN1433.
MATERIALS: Open slot 80PC trench drain shall be manufactured from polymer
concrete with the following approximate properties:

3” (80mm) OPEN SLOT POLYMER CONCRETE ADAPTOR
General: The trench drain adaptor shall be Vodaland Open Slot 80PC
adaptor as manufactured by Vodaland or approved equal.
Specification: Adaptor shall be 4.70” (119mm) long with 3.50” (89mm)
overall width and 2” (50mm) tall. Space between slot shall be 0.75” (17.5mm).
Each unit shall have a comb profile. Adaptor shall have male-to-female
interlocking joints. The adaptor features three way connection allowing the
trench drain to be connected in a T and/or L format. Adaptor shall withstand a
load class according to EN1433.

General: The open slot trap shall be Vodaland Open Slot 80PC Trap as
manufactured by Vodaland or approved equal.
Specification: The trap shall be 5.8” (150mm) square with 3.4” (87mm)
tall. Space between slot shall be 0.75” (17.5mm). Adaptor shall withstand a
load class according to EN1433.
