Frequently Asked Questions
-
If the power goes out, will the controller remember my settings?
Yes, the controller has an internal memory that will store your settings except current time. You still need to reset the clock. -
Why does my LED light not as bright as it should be when using it?
Please check the light brightness of CHl and CH2, and increase them to 100%. -
Why does it take less than 15 minutes to ramp up/dim down?
The brightness will ramp up from 0% to 100% in 15 minutes. Ramp up from 0% to 1% will need about 9 seconds. So as the brightness decreases, the ramp-up/dim- down time will be proportionally shorter.
Maintenance
- Always turn off the light and unplug the power cord before performing any maintenance.
- Water spray and water scale can create an electrical and fire safety hazard if allowed to collect on fixture. To prevent hazard, use over covered aquarium only and clean fixture regularly. Wipe exterior of fixture down with a clean, freshwater-dampened towel. Then dry thoroughly with a second dry towel. Make sure all surfaces are dry before servicing.
