Product Usage Instructions

  • Step 1: Select CCT and Lumen Output
    Select the desired settings before connecting the luminaire to power.

  • Step 2: Open Driver Box
    Push the lock upwards to open the driver box and route the main leads through the knockout. Secure the box after completion.

  • Step 3: Make Ceiling Cutout
    Ensure the ceiling is clear of obstructions and make the appropriate cutout as per the dimensions provided.

  • Step 4: Pass the Driver Box Through the Ceiling Hole
    Feed the driver box through the ceiling hole and attach it to the luminaire cord. Optionally, attach the driver box to the T grid.

  • Step 5: Connect Luminaire
    Align the notch and knob on the driver box with the luminaire and secure by turning the screw clockwise. Detach by turning the screw in the opposite direction.

  • Step 6: Insert Trim Springs
    Bend and insert the springs of the luminaire into the ceiling hole for secure installation.

Installation Instruction

Step 1
Select the CCT and Lumen Output of the luminaire before connecting it to power (Figure 1).

Step 2
Select the knockout that best suits your installation, insert the flat screwdriver into the knockout opening, and start moving it up and down to remove it (Figure 2).

WARNING
Use work gloves to protect your hands from sharp metal when removing knockouts.

Step 3

  • Push the lock upwards to open the driver box and route the main leads through the knockout that was removed, once completed close the box (Figure 3).
  • Note: Use appropriate cable clamps or conduit lock nuts as applicable

Step 4

  • Make the ceiling cutout. Ensure that there is nothing in the ceiling to obstruct the installation (Figure 4).
  • Note: Confirm the dimensions needed for your installation in the “Cutout Dimensions” section on page 1.

Step 5

  • Pass the driver box through the ceiling hole and retain the cord to attach to the luminaire.
  • Note: If preferred, the driver box can be attached to the T grid by bending the hooks backward and attaching them to the T bar (Figure 6).

Step 6

  • Connect the luminaire (Figure 8).
  • Note: To connect the driver to the luminaire, align the notch and the knob and push it in, then turn the screw clockwise to secure, to detach it turn the screw to the opposite side and pull the attachment (Figure 7).

Step 7

  • Bend the springs of the luminaire and insert it into the ceiling hole (Figure 9).
  • Notes: Do not place the driver box on top of the light engine. WARNING – Watch out for falling parts and Make sure the springs open back to position once the luminaire is inserted to prevent any risk of injury.
