SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all the instructions and safety instructions carefully before use and save them for future reference.
- The product must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with these instructions. These instructions should be enclosed with the product if it is sold or passed on.
- The product is only intended for household use. All other use is considered to be unsuitable. Incorrect use, inadequate maintenance and/or illicit use of the product can result in serious personal injury and/or material damage. The manufacturer cannot accept liability for personal injury or material damage resulting from improper use.
- Only charge the battery with the charger recommended by the manufacturer. The charger must only be used to charge the supplied battery. Do not attempt to charge the battery with any other charger than the one supplied. A charger intended for one type of battery can result in a fire risk if used with another type of battery.
- Only use batteries recommended by the manufacturer. The use of other batteries can result in a risk of personal injury and/or fire.
- When the batteries are not in use keep them away from metal objects such as paper-clips, coins, keys, nails, screws and other small metal objects that can short circuit the terminals. Short circuiting discharges large amounts of energy that can cause a fire, serious personal injury and/or material damage.
- Failure to handle the battery carefully can cause fluid to leak from the battery. Avoid contact with battery fluid. On contact with battery fluid, rinse immediately with plenty of fresh water. Seek medical attention if you get battery fluid in your eyes. Battery fluid can cause skin irritation and/or burns.
- Do not expose batteries to moisture, direct sunlight or heat – risk of explosion.
- Do not use damaged or modified batteries. Damaged or modified batteries can behave unexpectedly and cause a fire, explosion or risk of personal injury.
- Do not expose batteries to a naked flame or temperatures over 130˚C – risk of explosion.
- Follow the instructions for charging and charge the battery only at the temperature indicated in the instructions.
- Incorrect charging, or charging outside the acceptable temperature range can result in a risk of fire and/or damaging the battery.
IMPORTANT:
Risk of explosion! Do not attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries.

DESCRIPTION
Li-Ion battery (2 Ah) for all of Meec Tools Multiseries 12 V tools
USE
IMPORTANT:
Pull out the charger plug from the power point before the battery is connected to, or disconnected from the charger.
BATTERY CHARGING
NOTE:
Charging temperature: 10 to 40°C. Check the battery charge status at regular intervals if the product has not been used for some time. The optimum charge is 50 to 80%. Store the product in a dry place. Storage temperature: 0 to 50°C.
- Put the battery in the quick charger.
- Plug in the plug. The red charging indicator light goes on.
- The green charging indicator light goes on when the battery is fully charged.
- Put the battery in the power tool.
- The charger must be switched off for at least 15 minutes between charges. Pull out the charger plug from the power point.
MAINTENANCE
- Remove the battery if the product is not going to be used for some time. Store the battery in a clean, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
- Check the battery charge status at regular intervals if the product has not been used for some time. The optimum charge is 50 to 80%. Store the product in a cool and dry place.
- Never attempt to repair damaged batteries yourself. The battery must only be repaired by the manufacturer or at an authorised service centre.
