Product Usage Instructions

1. Introduction:
   Congratulations on your purchase of our garden fountain. Functional security and operational safety are our top priorities.

2. General Information:
   The Garden Fountains are high-quality fountain pump systems suitable for outdoor or indoor use, serving as the perfect eye-catcher.

3. Assembly Instructions:

4. Unpack all water fountain components and place them on a flat surface.

5. Connect the pump to the rubber tube, ensuring it is properly connected and not kinked.

6. Connect the LED to the cable connector one by one.

7. Install the fountain top on the base, ensuring stability before proceeding.

8. Fill the reservoir with clean water (distilled water is recommended).

9. Plug the device into a power socket to start water flow from the feature.

10. Ensure the pump is fully submerged in water to prevent damage.

11. Maintenance:
    Maintain the fountain by cleaning it and changing the water every 3 days. Use distilled or purified water for best performance. If debris is caught in the pump vents, rinse it under clean water. Before storing in winter, rinse the pump thoroughly to prevent damage.

12. Frost:
    If there is a risk of frost, empty and rinse the fountain and pump with clean water and store in a dry place to prevent damage.

 INTRODUCTION

We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of our garden fountain. We appreciate your trust. That‘s why functional security and operational safety stands by us on first place.

•  To prevent damage to persons or property, you should read this user manual carefully. Please observe all safety precautions and instructions for proper use of the pump. Failure to follow the instructions and safety precautions can result in injury or property damage.
• Please keep this manual with the instructions and safety instructions carefully in order to at any time you can restore them. Please always download the latest version of the user manual of

IN GENERAL

The Garden fountains are high-quality fountain pump systems for outdoor or indoor use. The perfect eye-catcher.

1. It‘s recommended NOT to conduct yourself technical modifications. First, it is not certain whether these changes are technically correct and, secondly, because no guarantee can be granted.
2. Transport damages are immediately to be reported to the package distributor and to us in written form. Failure to give timely notice to the shipping company, and are there-fore rejected your claims from the transport company, so we can not accept these claims as well. In your legal obligation to cooperate to minimize damage, we point out expressly herewith.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

• Unpack all the water fountain components from the packaging and lie on a flat surface.
• Connect the pump to the rubber tube. Make sure the tube is properly connected and is not kinked.
• Connect led (preassembly to fountain body) to cable connector one by one.
• Connect cable connector to female cord from pump body.
• Install fountain top on the base, en- sure it is stable before continuing.
• Connect pump cord to adapter.
• Fill clean water to the reservoir. Note: Distilled water is recommended to reduce mineral deposits and bacteria build-up.
• Insert the plug into the power socket. If installed correctly water will start to flow from the feature.
• Note : When connected to the power supply, the pump and LED lighting are switched on. When the power is disconnected, the pump and LED lighting are switched off.
• Please note, due to the shape of the slate, some water splashing out of the fountain is inevitable in the first few seconds.
• When all connections are complete, place the pump at the bottom of the fountain. Route the power cable to the outside.
• Fill the fountain with water. The pump must be completely submerged in water, other-wise the pump will be damaged.
• The illustration of the power plug/supply/adapter may differ from the version supplied

IMPORTANT!

• Problem : Uneven water flow or splashes on the glass pane.
• Correction : During operation, an uneven flow of water over the pane may occur. In such cases, we recommend cleaning the glass pane with a grease solvent. This usually ensures even water flow without splashes.

 MAINTENANCE:

• Keep the fountain in good working condition by cleaning it and changing the water every 3 days. Using distilled or purified water will give the best performance.
• If debris is caught in the intake vents of the pump, disconnect the pump from any power sources and rinse the pump under clean running water.
• Before storing the pump in winter it is absolutely important to rinse it with clean water. Any dirt particles remaining in the pump will dry out on the the pump shaft during the time of storage and cause irreparable damage.

Frost

Frost can cause damage to the garden fountain and pump. If there is a risk of frost, the garden fountain and the pump must be emptied, rinsed with clean water and stored in a dry place. Then you will enjoy it for a very long time!

SECURITY TIPS

• Obey absolutely valid regulations on the electrical security
• Never run pump dry
• Pumping inflammable, as well as all other aggressive liquids is prohibited
• Pay attention to the medium temperature max. 35°C
• Don‘t add any additions into the water which could attack the material of the pump
• The mains plug must be disconnected before carrying out any work on the garden fountain
• Never pull the pump on the electrical cable or pressure hose
• Avoid cross section narrowing
• Pay attention to the given particle size
• During longer unused times, clean the pump, wash it out with clear water, dry and store it at room temperature
• Test wells for enough flowing water (dry run danger)
• The pump may be used by children aged 8 years and above as well as persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or those who lack skills, experience and knowledge only if they are  supervised. These aforementioned persons should only use the appliance while adhering to safe instructions and resulting dangers.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

THE MANUFACTURER EXPLAINS:

• To take over no responsibility in the case of accidents or damages on the basis of careless-ness or disregard to the instructions in this manual.
• To reject every responsibility for the damages which originate from the improper use of the device.

 GUARANTEE REGULATIONS

• For all manufacturing and material defects, the statutory warranty applies. In these cases we take the replacement or repair of the device. Shipping costs shall be borne by our company, except as required by law. Please report the warranty on our service platform http://www.profi-pumpe.de/service.php. We will inform you how to proceed with case-related. Returns please sufficient postage.
• Unfortunately not prepaid returns can not be accepted because they are filtered out before delivery. Our service we provide in Germany.

The warranty does not cover:

• Material wear (sealing rings, impeller wheels, impeller chambers)
• Unjustified interventions or changes in the pump
• Damages by shelfful
• Improper servicing and improper use
• DRY RUNNING (Also partially!) of the pump
• Moreover, we give no damage compensation for secondary damages!

 RECOGNISING AND REPAIRING OF MISTAKES

Check hose connection systems
Pump could have a leak| Check pump for moisture damage
Coarsining or fountain nozzles dirty| Disassemble and clean the tube and the fountain nozzle

NOTES ON PRODUCT LIABILITY
We point out, that we are only liable for damages under the Product Liability Act, which are caused by our units if no changes were made to the equipment. If repairs are carried out by our authorized service, we are only liable if original spare parts and accessories were used.

• Electro devices of our company, labeled with the symbol of the crossed trash bin, are not permitted to be disposed in your household garbage. We are registered at the German registration department EAR under the WEEE-No. DE79535656.
• This symbol means, that you’re not allowed to treat this product as a regular household waste item – it has to be disposed at a recycling collection point of electri-cal devices. This is the best way to save and protect our earth.
