CLEANING THE DUST CUP AND FILTER ELEMENTS
- Before cleaning, ensure that the power plug is removed from the socket and that the kettle has cooled down completely.
- To prolong the service life of the electric kettle, any scaling should be removed regularly.
- Due to different water quality levels in different countries, hard water may generate scaling under long-term heating conditions. Although this is harmless to human health, it affects the heating efficiency and the kettle’ s appearance, and therefore it is necessary to remove the scaling regularly. This can be done by mixing ordinary vinegar and water at a ratio of 1 :2, boiling the mixture and placing it in the kettle overnight. Discard the mixture the next day, then boil clean water in the kettle and discard the water again. If there is still scaling in the product, repeat the above steps. Do not clean this product with steel wool or any chemical or powder cleaner.
- After use, empty the kettle and store it in a cool, dark place.
