  2. To pour out food that is in small pieces (e.g. chips), please press the release button of the frying basket and remove it from the fryer pot. Do not overturn the frying basket before demounting as this will cause any extra oil collected at the bottom of the frying pot to leak onto the food ingredients. 3. Pour the food ingredients from the frying basket onto bowls or plates.
Note: To remove large or fragile pieces of food, you may use the tongs to take them out of the frying basket.

COOKING TIPS

  1. Compared with large pieces of food, food that is small in size will require less time for cooking.
  2. During the cooking process, turning smaller pieces of food over can improve the final cooking result and can help the food to fry evenly.
  3. Adding a small amount of oil to the raw ingredients will allow the resulting food to be crispier. After adding the oil, the ingredients should rest for several minutes before cooking them in the air fryer.
  4. Any food that can be cooked in an oven can also be cooked in the air fryer.
  5. Bread can be made quickly and conveniently with the use of pre-fermented dough. Compared with homemade dough, the pre-fermented dough requires a shorter cooking time.
  6. Do not cook extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible Causes Solution
The fryer doesn’t work 1. The plug of the product is not inserted into the
power socket 1. Insert the plug into a

grounded power socket
Food cooked by the fryer is undercooked| 1. There are too many pieces of food in the frying basket
2. The selected heating temperature is too low. 3. The selected cooking time is too short.| 1. Put the food into the frying basket in small batches so that it can be more evenly fried.
2. Set the temperature according to the table above or your recipe.
3. Set the time according to the table above or your recipe.
Food is not cooked evenly in the fryer| Some types of food should be turned during the cooking process.| If some pieces of food lie on the top or join together with others (e.g. fries), then these must be turned during the cooking process.
The fried food is not crisp| This food must be baked in a conventional fryer.| Choose ingredients suitable for oven use or add some oil to the ingredients to increase their crispiness.
White smoke is coming out of the appliance.| 1. The food has a high oil content.

usual. This will not affect the final cooking result.
2. The white smoke is produced by heating the oil
inside the pot. Make sure to clean the pot after each use.
The fries are not crisp| The potatoes have’ t been correctly prepared
beforehand.| 1. Make sure to drain the potato chips correctly before
adding oil to them.
2. Cutting the potato chips into
smaller sizes will make them more light and crisp.
