Installation:
STEP 1:
Before installing the motor , please prepare the tool
STEP 2:
Use screws to pre-tighten the fixed sleeve, push rod, and fixed bracket
together (Note: Do not lock it first, so as to facilitate the adjustment of
the stroke after installation. After the stroke is fixed, lock it again.) As
fig 1
STEP 3:
Fixing bracket 1 and fixing bracket 2 are connected with screws (three holes
for fixing bracket 2 can be selected according to different strokes. As fig 2
STEP 4:
Fix the front bracket with screws. As fig 3
STEP 5:
Use self-drilling screws to fix the direction of the fixed sleeve (fixed on
the stationary feature body) as fig 4
STEP 6:
Fix the front bracket with self-drilling screws (fixed on the movable feature
body) as fig 5
STEP 7:
The operation steps are to push the window. The stroke can adjust the distance
of the fixed block. As fig 6

Function Instroduce
Power on| Power on, and the LED indicator will flash until the LED is always
on,
indicating that everything is ok.

Remote control| Code: Giant Rolling Code 4 Buttons:
The first button for opening
The second button for closin
The third button for stopping
The fourth button has not function
Please Note：Support up to 15 remote controls.
Program remote into the receiver (Learning Code)| Press and hold the first
button on the remote while pressing the learning button on the receiver, and
the receiver’s LED indicator will turn off and enter programming mode. When
the receiver LED indicator flash twice, the programming operation was
successful.
If the receiver does not receive a signal from the remote within 5 seconds, it
will light up and exit programming mode.
Clear code from the receiver| Press and hold the learning button for about 5
seconds, the LED indicator will flash, indicating that all remotes have been
cleared from the receiver.
Automatically adjust the motor speed| The motor can start at low speed, run at
high speed, run at low speed, and stop.
Liimit Switch Resistance Functions| An obstacle encountered: If the motor
encounters an obstacle during running, the motor will stop. When the window is
fully opened or closed, the motor will stop.
Please Note: No limit switch required.

After installing the window opener, please kindly test it.
Please kindly make sure:
- Press the first button on the remote and the window will open. Press the second button on the remote and the window closes. If not, adjust the motor wiring.

- Before installation, please feel free to reach us for technical assistance. Discuss your mechanism with us to make the window opener work better on your applications.
- Please MUST check the facilities or mechanism is functioning before installing the window opener on them.
- To maximize the utility of the window opener, please choose Right Window Opener for your applications.
- Products Installation and related Wiring MUST undertake by trained, qualified, and experience ELECTRICIANS.
- Please provide the correct POWER SUPPLY for the window opener. The suggested INPUT VOLTAGE is 24 VDC / 12 VDC.
- DO NOT OVERLOAD the window opener. The suggested Max. Loading/ THE MOMENT OF A FORCE for each PKM-C01B window opener is less than 100 kg.
- PKM-C01B does not require limit switches.
- Be sure the Electricity Supply is OFF when undertaking installation or maintenance.
- Inspect and Maintenance must be done every 6-month. Recommend CHECK POINTS:
- All Wiring is fastened and no corrosion.
- Mounting Brackets and Screws are still fastened firmly on the mechanism or window frames.
- The Mechanism or Window Frames were not Distorted.
- There should not be any obstacle or dust bunnies on the hinge.
- If there is any defect, change the components before the next operation.
- We strongly suggest using the COMPONENTS which providing by GIANT to ensure your mechanism or Automatic Window. Opening System works soundly.
- • Beware of Crushing or Clamping on human or any obstacles when the windows are going to close.
- • Automatic Window Opening System must be Planned and Installed by Trained and Experienced Engineer.
- • For better performance and a longer lifespan, we suggest using GIANT Window Opener with Our Window Opener Receiver and Mounting Brackets.
