Installation Instructions

  • Connect the adapter directly to the USB-C /Thunderbolt 3 port of the host device.
  • Connect a DVI-D Cable (sold separately) in the shortest length needed.
  • Find a compatible video resolution between the host and the output display.
  • Note: Audio is not carried over DVI and must be transmitted separately.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • DisplayPort Alt Mode (video over USB-C) must be supported by your device.
  • Test with a different DVI cable and output display.
  • Try a different USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port on your device.
