Installation Instructions
This active USB-C cable is unidirectional. It only operates in one direction.
- Plug the HOST connector into your computer or phone
- Plug the SINK connector into a display, hard drive, docking station, VR headset, or other equipment
Troubleshooting Tips
- Check that the HOST connector is connected to the source
- Verify that your USB-C port is equipped for video, charging or data transfer
- Try a different USB-C port or computer
- Computers requiring more than 60W may not charge or charge slowly

- For a high power consumption device, connect the external power of the device to provide enough power
