Installation Instructions
- Connect the Adapter to a USB-C, Thunderbolt 4, or USB4 port of the host device
- Optional: Connect a USB-C charging cable to the Adapter and a USB charger. Note: Do not remove the charging cable while the Adapter is in use
- Connect DisplayPort™ monitor(s) to the DisplayPort ports, an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port, and/or USB devices to the USB ports
- Configure screen resolution and network settings on the host device

Troubleshooting Tips
- DP alt mode (video over USB-C) must be supported by the device
- Test the connected cables with other equipment
- Try a different USB-C, Thunderbolt 4, or USB4 port on your device
- Unplug everything, reboot your device and reconnect everything
- Use the USB-C power cable that came with your device
