OVERVIEW
OPERATION
- Ensure hair is dry and neatly groomed before using.
- Insert the plug into a wall outlet (110-240V, 50/60H).
- Press the Power button (for 1 second) to turn the device on. It will automatically begin in the default temperature setting (Mode 1 – Normal).
The red LED represents the power being on, and the blue LEDs represent the modes:
Mode | Description | Temperature | LED status |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Normal, healthy hair | 150°C |
(302°F)
| 1 Red (Power)
1 Blue
2| Coarse, wavy hair| 180°C
(356°F)
| 1 Red (Power)
2 Blue
3| Thick, curly hair| 210°C
(410°F)
| 1 Red (Power)
3 Blue
Flashing Blue LED means the temperature is rising. When the Mode’s full temperature has been reached, the LED will stop flashing and remain solid.
- Wait for the blue LED to stop flashing to know it has reached temperature.
- To change mode, Short-Press the Power button. It will cycle through the modes in order (1-2-3, repeating). Allow time for the temperature to rise for each mode (the additional blue LED will flash until full temperature is reached).
- To turn off the device, Long-Press (press and hold) the Power button for 2 seconds.
- After 30 minutes of continuous use, the device will automatically end the session and turn off. To continue using, simply press the Power button for 1 second.
USAGE ADVICE
Using the device
To use, one hand pulls hair end and comb hair with straightener.
We recommend that you choose the highest Mode setting at the beginning, then
reduce the temperature level depending on your hair texture.
If you want to help keep the hair straight for longer periods of time after
use, we recommend using hairstyling lotion, softening lotion, and ensuring
hair is clean before straightening.
CLEANING & CARE
Cleaning
Regularly clean the device after use to clear hair residue.
- After turning off, unplug the device and let cool completely before cleaning it.
- Use a damp cloth to clean carefully. To clean dust and lint from comb teeth, use a small brush.
- The outer surface of the appliance should be wiped clean with a cloth only.
- Make sure the appliance is completely dry before using again.
User Maintenance
Your hair straightening brush is virtually maintenance free. No lubrication is
needed. For proper operating performance, the hair straightening brush must be
clean. If the unit or the heat turns off unplug the cord and allow the hot air
style to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before restating.
Caution
NEVER allow the power supply cord to be pulled, twisted, or severely bent.
Never wrap the cord tightly around the comb teeth (even when turned off and in
storage).
Stop use immediately if damage is visible or unit stops or operates
intermittently.
If the cord or hair straightening brush is damaged or does not operate
properly, return it for repair to an authorized service representative only.
No repairs should be attempted by the consumer.
Storage – Important!
When not in use, your hair straightening brush should be disconnected, allowed
to cool and stored in a safe, dry location, out of reach of children. Do not
wrap line cord around hair straightening brush.
