The TH-130 Thermo-/Hygrometer is a device that measures both temperature and humidity levels in a room. Product Usage Instructions
- Inserting the batteries: To insert the battery, slide off the battery cover on the back of the device. Insert the CR2025 button cell battery with the positive (+) side facing up. Slide the battery cover back onto the device until it clicks into place.
- Replacing the batteries: When the battery is low, the battery symbol will appear on the display. To replace the battery, slide off the battery cover on the back of the device. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new CR2025 button cell battery with the positive (+) side facing up. Slide the battery cover back onto the device until it clicks into place.
- Mounting: Before mounting the device, check that the wall chosen is suitable for the weight to be mounted. Also, ensure that there are no electric, water, gas, or other lines running through the wall at the mounting site. Once you have chosen a suitable location, use screws and wall plugs to mount the device onto the wall.
- Celsius / Fahrenheit: Press the °C/°F button on the device to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature readings.
- Comfort display: The comfort display feature displays comfort ranges based on the ratio between the current room temperature and room humidity. If the current room temperature and humidity are within the comfort range, no display will appear.
- Care and Maintenance: Clean the device with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents. Make sure that water does not get into the product during cleaning.

Safety Notes
- The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.

Warning – batteries / button cells
- When inserting batteries, note the correct polarity (+ and – markings) and insert the batteries accordingly. Failure to do so could result in the batteries leaking or exploding.
- Only use batteries that match the specified type. Keep the instructions for the correct choice of batteries included with the operating instructions of devices safe for future reference.
- Before you insert the batteries, clean the battery contacts and the polarity contacts.
- Do not allow children to change batteries without supervision.
- Replace all the batteries in a set at the same time.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries of different types or from different manufacturers.
- Remove the batteries from products that are not being used for an extended period (unless these are being kept ready for an emergency).
- Do not short-circuit batteries.
- Do not charge batteries.
- Do not burn batteries or heat them up.
- Never open, damage or swallow batteries or allow them to enter the environment. They can contain toxic, environmentally harmful heavy metals.
- Remove spent batteries from the product and dispose of them without delay.
- Avoid storing, charging and using in extreme temperatures and at extremely low atmospheric pressures (such as at high altitudes).
- Ensure that batteries with damaged housings do not come into contact with water.
- Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
- Do not swallow batteries or button cells. Burning hazard from hazardous substances.
- If the battery compartment will no longer close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
- This product contains button cells. If the button cell is swallowed, serious internal burns can occur within 2 hours and ultimately lead to death.
- If you suspect that a button cell has been swallowed or is in any part of the body, seek medical attention immediately.
- Keep new and used button cells out of the reach of children.
Getting Started
Inserting the batteries
- Pull the battery compartment out by the notch. Remove the contact breaker
- Gently push the battery compartment back into the housing until it clicks into place.
Replacing the batteries
- Pull the battery compartment out by the notch.
- Remove the spent battery and insert a new CR2025 button cell, observing polarity.
- Gently push the battery compartment back into the housing until it clicks into place.
Installation
- You can either stand the thermometer/hygrometer on an even surface using the fold-out stand on the back of the device, or attach it to a wall using the opening on the back of the device.
- Install an anchor, screw, nail, etc. in the wall of your choice.
- Hang up the thermometer/hygrometer by the notch.

Operation
- After inserting a battery, all of the segments of the display will flash briefly.
- The thermometer/hygrometer is now ready for use.
- After calibration, the top half of the display shows the measured temperature value, while the bottom half of the display shows the measured air humidity value.
- If the measured value is outside of the measuring range, LL.L (value lower than minimum) or HH.H (value higher than maximum) will appear on the temperature display.
- Once the elements on the display begin to dim, replace the batteries as described in 4. Getting Started.
Celsius / Fahrenheit
Press the °C/°F button to switch between°C and °F for the temperature display.
Maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values
- The thermometer/hygrometer automatically stores the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values.
- Repeatedly press the MAX/MIN button to switch between the current temperature and humidity, minimum temperature and humidity (MIN) and maximum temperature and humidity (MAX).
- The maximum and minimum values are automatically deleted every 24 hours.

The thermometer/hygrometer displays the following comfort ranges based on the
ratio between the current room temperature and room humidity:
