STEP 1
- Attach the front stabiliser (2) to the main frame (1) with 2 bolts (4), 2 flat washers (3). Repeat the previous step to install the rear stabiliser (5) to the main frame (1). You can tighten the bolts with the Allen key.
STEP 2
- Screw the right pedal “R” (6R) and the left pedal “L” (6L) to the right and left crank respectively (21/22). Secure them with the two lock nuts (47/48) and tighten them with a spanner.
NOTE: The right pedal must be screwed clockwise and the left pedal counterclockwise.
STEP 3
- Loosen the locking knob (18) and remove it from the rear opening tube. Insert the saddle support tube (7) into the rear opening tube and then tighten the locking knob when the saddle support tube is at the desired height. 8 9 7
- Place the saddle (8) on the saddle support tube (7) of the saddle support tube. Thread the previously locked L-shaped handle through the saddle support tube and onto the saddle. Ensure that the saddle is in the orientation shown below.
- To secure the saddle, there are two hex nuts on the underside of the saddle. Just tighten one of the hex nuts with the spanner to lock the saddle in position. If the hex nut is not tight enough, the saddle will turn in different directions and the angle will change when you sit on it.
- Loosen the lock knob (18) and insert the handlebar support tube (9) into the main frame opening tube. Adjust the tube to the desired height and tighten the knob when the handlebar support tube is in the desired position.
STEP 4
- Separate the nut, washers and bolt from the L-shaped nut (12), place the handlebar (10) on the handle support tube.

BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT
SETTINGS
RESISTANCE AND SEAT ADJUSTMENT: Pedalling resistance is controlled by the
tension knob. Properly adjusting the seat will help reducing the risk of
injury and ensure maximum exercise efficiency and comfort. (the most
appropriate position while using this bike is with one pedal in the downward
position, while the other leg is slightly bent at the knee.) To adjust the
seat height simply turn the adjustable knob loose, then pull the knob to move
the seat up or down to the desire height (there are different seat height
positions for adjustment).
HANDLEBAR ADJUSTMENT: There are different handlebar heights that can be
adjusted. Please adjust the seat height first then adjust the proper height of
handlebar to match the seat.
BELT ADJUSTMENT: The belt on your bike has been preadjusted and should not
require immediate attention.
Continuous use of the bike may cause the chain to stretch or become loose
causing the need for bike adjustments. If so, simply losen the bolts on both
side of flywheel and pull forward until the belt becomes tight.
HOW TO LEVEL THE BIKE: There are 4 knobs under the rear and front stabilizer.
Adjust the knob when the bike is not level with the floor.
WARM UP
A successful exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and
a cool-down. Warming up is an important part of your workout, and should begin
every session. It prepares your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up
and stretching out your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate,
and delivering more oxygen to your muscles. At the end of your workout, repeat
these exercises to reduce sore muscle problems. We suggest the following warm-
up and cool-down exercises:
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together with your knees pointing outward.
Pull your feet as close into your groin as possible. Gently push your knees
towards the floor. Hold for 15 counts.
HAMSTRING STRETCH
Sit with your right leg extended. Rest the sole of your left foot against your
right inner thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15
counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg extended.
HEAD ROLL
Rotate your head to the right for one count, feeling the stretch up the left
side of your neck. Next, rotate your head back for one count, stretching your
chin to the ceiling and letting your mouth open. Rotate your head to the left
for one count, and finally, drop your head to your chest for one count.
SHOULDER LIFT
Lift your right shoulder up toward your ear for one count. Then lift your left
shoulder up for one count as you lower your right shoulder.
CALF-ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right and your arms
forward. Keep your right leg straight and the left foot on the floor; then
bend the left leg and lean forward by moving your hips toward the wall. Hold,
then repeat on the other side for 15 counts.
SIDE STRECH
Open your arms to the side and continue lifting them until they are over your
head. Reach your right arm as far upward toward the ceiling as you can for one
count. Feel the stretch up your right side.
Repeat this action with your left arm.
TOE TOUCH
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as
you stretch toward your toes. Reach down as far as you can and hold for 15
counts.
USING THE PRODUCT
EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN SYSTEM
The product is equipped with an emergency stop system to ensure physical
integrity during use. This system is located on the effort regulator wheel and
requires a strong pressure on this part to stop the pedalling of the bike.
CONTROL PANEL AND FUNCTIONS
FUNCTION:
The display automatically turns on when pedal movement is detected. The
display will cycle through various metrics in the order listed below. If no
pedal movement is detected for 4 minutes, the device will automatically turn
off.
– SCAN: When the monitor is running, this area of the display will illuminate
and cycle through the metrics in the order of TIME>SPD>DST>CAL>RPM.
– TIME: Cumulative total pedal time.
– SPD: Current cycling speed, measured in miles/hour.
– DIST: Distance travelled in the current session in miles.
– CAL: Estimated calories burned in the current session.
– RPM: Accumulates the average number of turns per minute of the wheel to
measure pedal speed.
If you want the display to remain locked on a particular metric, you must press the ENTER button. Pressing the ENTER button again will release the lock and return to SCAN mode which will automatically cycle through the different metrics.
OPERATION PROCEDURES:
Auto ON/OFF
To conserve power,t he monitor will automatically shut off if there is no
speed signal sensed or no key pressed in 4 minutes. The monitor will be auto-
powered when the exercise begins or at any key press.
BATTERY:
If there is an improper display on the monitor, Please replace the batteries
or change new batteries. This monitor uses two “AA” batteries. Always replace
both batteries at the same time.
USE
The seat height can be adjusted by removing the adjustment knob and raising or lowering the seat. There are holes in the seat post allowing for a range of heights. Once the correct height has been chosen, refit the adjustment knob and tighten. The tension control knob allows you to alter the resistance of the pedals. A high resistance makes it more difficult to pedal, a low resistance makes it easier. For the best results set the tension while the bike is in use.
TRAINING
If you are a beginner, start by training for several days at a gentle pace;
don’t push yourself and rest if necessary.
Gradually increase the frequency and duration of sessions. Ensure the room in
which you are exercising is well ventilated.
STRETCHING/WARMING UP: GENTLE E ORT FOR A MINIMUM OF 10 MINUTES
To maintain tness or for rehabilitation, train every day for at least 10
minutes. This type of exercise provides a good, gentle work-out for muscles
and joints and can be used as a warm-up activity before more intense physical
exercise.
To develop muscle tone in the legs, choose a steeper incline and increase the
duration of the exercise.
AEROBIC EXERCISE FOR WEIGHT LOSS: MODERATE E ORT FOR 35 TO 60 MINUTES
This type of training is an e ective way of burning calories. There is no
point in pushing yourself unduly; for the best results the most important
thing is frequency of exercise (at least 3 times a week) and the duration of
the session (35 to 60 minutes). Exercise at average intensity (moderate e ort
so you are not out of breath).
In order to lose weight, as well as taking regular physical exercise, it’s
essential to follow a balanced diet.
AEROBIC TRAINING FOR ENDURANCE: SUSTAINED E ORT FOR 20 TO 40 MINUTES
This type of exercise helps strengthen the heart muscle and improves your
respiratory health. Exercise at least 3 times a week at a steady pace (rapid
breathing). As your training progresses, you will be able to maintain this e
ort for longer, and at an improved pace.
Training at a faster pace (anaerobic and in the red zone) is reserved for
athletes and requires special preparation.
COOL DOWN
After each training session, walk slowly for a few minutes to bring your body
gradually to rest. This cool down phase helps your cardiovascular and
respiratory systems, blood circulation and muscles return to normal. It also
helps to eliminate side e ects such as the accumulation of lactic acid which
is one of the major causes of muscle pain (cramps
and sti ness).
STRETCHING
Stretching after exercise reduces muscle sti ness caused by lactic acid
accumulation and stimulates blood circulation.
MAINTENANCE
The bike is adjusted and lubricated at the factory. It is not recommended that the user should attempt to carry out any work on the internal components, but should contact the service department. However, from time to time the external surfaces may appear dirty, follow the instructions given to preserve their original condition.
- The bike can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use solvents, sprays, aerosols or pumps as these will leave wax residue on the surface of the screen.
- From time to time, the screen surface will have finger marks or dust on it. The use of harsh chemicals will damage its protective coating and create static energy that will damage the components. This surface should be cleaned with special chemical preparations which are sold in computer shops and which are especially for anti-static surfaces. We recommend the use of these products.
- The safety of the equipment is maintained if its condition, damage and wear are checked regularly.
- The bike must be moved and moved with care to avoid injury.
- The brake part is the part that wears out most easily. Before using the bike, check that the brake system is in good working order.
- Lubricate moving parts with light oil periodically to prevent premature wear.
- Check that fasteners are tightened securely.
- Carefully inspect the parts most susceptible to wear.
- Replace defective parts immediately.
- Keep the device out of operation until it is repaired.
- Please check that all safety labels are in good condition and can be read. If any are missing or damaged, contact your dealer to order new ones.
