Whether you are just starting out in the world of fitness, you are an amateur athlete or you already have a background in the world of sport… FITFIU will be your ally in getting in shape! Doing physical exercise offers multiple benefits and the possibility of doing it at home will make it more accessible to be able to train constantly.

This product has been designed for cardiovascular training at home. Depending on your needs, you can run or walk, adapting the speed of the treadmill to vary the intensity. You will be able to see your physical performance information in real time on the treadmill’s LCD screen.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Before using this tape we recommend that you carefully read all the precautions for use as well as the instructions in this manual. Please note that many of the questions you may have regarding this product can be answered here. Keep this document for future reference. Before starting any exercise programmer, consult your doctor to check your state of health, especially in the case of people over 35 years of age and those who have had previous health problems.

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction by a person responsible for their safety.
  • This appliance is intended for domestic use.
  • The appliance may only be used by one person at a time. The maximum user weight is indicated in the “Technical specifications” section.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise. Do not wear loose-fitting clothing that could get caught in any part of the product.
  • Be sure to warm up before physical activity to avoid muscle injuries. Once you have finished exercising, you should also perform a relaxation routine.
  • The device should be placed on a stable, flat, horizontal surface. Do not place it in damp or wet places.
  • Do not use the product outdoors.
  • Keep feet and hands away from moving parts.
  • Do not carry out any adjustments or maintenance that are not specified in this manual. If you have any problems with the appliance, contact our technical service.
  • Replace all worn or defective parts immediately.
  • Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Never place your hands or feet under the treadmill.
  • At the end of the exercise, wait for the treadmill to come to a complete stop before getting off.
  • At the end of the exercise, remove the safety key from the console and store it in a place out of the reach of children.
  • Always stop the machine with the main switch.
  • It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all users of the product are informed of the precautions for use.

ATTENTION: Recommended use at 30 minute intervals.
NOTE: In the event of incorrect use, FITFIU Fitness declines all responsibility for damage to property and personal injury.

CONNECTIVITY

Once the treadmill is turned on, connect the bluetooth of your mobile device to the treadmill (BTMP3).

OPERATION

  1. Plug in the power, put the protection device, turn on the power switch, display the program code first, and then enter the standby state after the full display initial, single display speed 0.0.

  2. in the standby state, press the PORG key, you can select manual and 6 automatic modes.

  3. In the standby mode, press the start/stop key to enter the running state, and the initial speed is single display. In the running state, press the start/stop key to change the standby initial after the system stops.

  4. in the manual operation state, through the increase/ deceleration key, the running speed can be set to 1.0km/h8.0km/h. The running time is sequential timing and cannot be set.
    It will automatically stop after 60 minutes.

  5. In the automatic operation mode, the speed runs according to the corresponding set value of the program, and when the switching speed is finished every beat, the buzzer will be made 3 seconds in advance to prompt the user. In automatic mode, you can also adjust the speed, and automatically load the table speed to the next beat. The automatic mode runs for 20 minutes and cannot be set.

  6. in the running state, the initial preparation stage of 3 seconds, and then into the real running state, you can use the MODE key to switch the display mode, respectively, speed – distance – time – calories – display. During the display, an automatic switch is performed every 5 seconds.

  7. when running, press the add/slow down key, forcibly cut to the speed display, 3 seconds later return to the original display.

  8. When in PROGRAM mode, press the PROG (PROGRAM) button to select your chosen workout (P01 to P6). Press the SPEED + or SPEED – button to change the setting. Press the START button to confirm and start your workout.

Press the button to start/stop training on different training mode immediately.

Press the button to select the preset training program (P01-P06) mode before training.

Press the button to make upward adjustments for the speed.

Press the button to make backward adjustments for the speed.

Press the button to switch the display.

MAINTENANCE

General

  • Make sure that you have switched off the device and disconnected the power plug before maintenance.
  • Do not use abrasives or solvents to clean the tape, as this may damage the finish and functionality.
  • Take care that excessive moisture does not enter the display panel as this may damage it.
  • Keep the equipment, especially the display console, out of direct sunlight.
  • To clean around the plug and control panel use a soft dry cloth, never use a wet cloth.
  • Do not use the treadmill in a wet or dusty environment as this may cause leakage or mechanical failure.
  • Use this product on a flat surface.

Daily maintenance

Clean regularly to remove dust and sweat to protect the components. You should clean both sides of the exposed part of the belt to avoid residue. Use a damp cloth with soap to clean the ribbon. Do not use a cleaner. Wipe the sweat off the handrail and the strap after use.

Lubricant use
The platform and treadmill have been lubricated at the factory with an anti-static lubricant, but we can re-lubricate it. Suggestion:

  • Use of – 3 hours per week—–lubricate every 6 months.
  • Use 4-7 hours per week—–lubricate every 3 months.
  • Use of + 8 hours per week—–lubricate once a month.

ATTENTION! Do not lubricate more than necessary. Remember that regular and reasonable lubrication will increase the life of your treadmill.

Belt deflection adjustment
To improve the use of the belt, you can adjust it if you notice a deviation of the direction after continuous use. To do this, adjust the bolts at the front of the base with the Allen key provided as shown in the picture below.

In case of left-hand deviation, tighten the left-hand screw clockwise or the right-hand screw anticlockwise.

In case of right-hand deviation, tighten the righth and screw clockwise or the left-hand screw counterclockwise.

WARNING! The belt should not be too tight as this can cause noise and possible damage to the engine.

Adjustment of the transmission belt

If the drive belt becomes loose, use the spanner clockwise to turn the bolt until the belt no longer slips..
WARNING! Frequently clean any objects or dust that may fall into the strap.

Correct arrangement of the ignition device
Do not touch the power plug or disconnect it with wet hands. When pulling on the plug, hold the plug by the plastic part, not directly on the cord. Do not place excessive weight on the cord. Do not wrap the cord around the machine to avoid damaging it. If the plug, cable or connection is loose, do not use the appliance.

TROUBLESHOOTING/PROBLEM SOLVING

Display shows: E01 or E13| A communication problem has been detected between the drive disk and the console.| Check the connections between the console and the disk drive. If the connectors or wiring are damaged, replace them.
Display shows: E02 or E06 or E10| A problem has been detected in the disk drive/engine.| Check that the mains supply is according to specifications. Check the drive unit and motor connections, if damaged, replace them
The display shows: E03| A problem has been detected with the speed sensor.| Check all connections, if the motor or control unit is damaged, replace it.
The display shows: E04| Tilted belt, motor problem detected.| Check all connections, if the motor or control unit is damaged, replace it.
The display shows: E05| The electrical protection has tripped| Check that the mains power supply is in accordance with the specifications. Make sure the treadmill is not snagged or unable to rotate because of an obstruction. Check all connections. Check the motor or control for short-circuit faults (usually indicated by a burning smell) and replace parts as necessary
The display shows: E08| A problem has been detected in the control unit.| Check all connections, if the control unit is damaged, replace it.
The display shows: E09| A stability problem has been detected.| Ensure that the machine is properly unfolded and placed on a flat and level surface. Check all connections, if the control unit is damaged, replace it.
The display shows: E11 or E14| The power supply protection has tripped.| Ensure that the machine is properly unfolded and placed on a flat and level surface. Check all connections, if the control unit is damaged, replace it.
The equipment is unstable| The surface is not flat.| Place the machine on a flat surface. If applicable, rotate the legs underneath the front of the machine to move it up or down as necessary to make the equipment stable.

GUARANTEE

This product is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers breakdowns and malfunctions of components not considered as consumables*, provided that it is used in accordance with its intended use and according to the instructions in the manual. In order to claim under the warranty, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required and the product must be complete and with all its accessories.

The warranty clause does not cover deterioration caused by wear and tear, lack of maintenance, negligence, incorrect assembly or improper use (knocks, non- compliance with power supply advice, storage, conditions of use, etc.). The consequences of the use of accessories or spare parts which are not original or not suitable for the assembly or modification of the appliance are also excluded from the guarantee.
